HT203032 Don't enable Wi-Fi calling on your Sprint iPhone or you won't be able to make calls as soon as you leave your Wi-Fi area.

I tried enabling Wi-Fi calling on my iPhone 6 on Sprint and as soon as I left my Wi-Fi area my phone wouldn't recive or make calls. I would just a error.
I called Sprint about this and informed them but, If this doesn't happen to you then just go to the Wi-Fi calling setting > Update Emergency Contact > Check Disable Wi-Fi calling. That should fix it!

If you can't update or restore your iOS device - Apple Support
If that won't work, perhaps you can use Find my iPhone from a computer in your iCloud.com account to erase the device.

This has nothing to do with the Find my iPhone app being installed on the phone, but you do have to have Find my iPhone activated in the iCloud settings on the phone.

Probably , it's a big country , if you tell your general location a user in that area might be able to confirm your problem an an outage

IPhone 4S says NO SERVICE but able to make calls

I've had my iPhone 4S several days. When just looking at the phone it can go from 3 bars service, to no service, then it takes a few minutes to pick signal back up.
Secondly i've noticed that when im on a call.. obviously i start with signal, but then during the call the phone (top left corner) will say NO SERVICE, but i can still carry on with my call, so i clearly do have signal.
Anything i can do about this?? Or any ideas??

Not Able to Make Calls

I have 4 phones that have worked without issues. Recently I added FamilyBase to monitor and manage usage. Ever since I added FamilyBasase e I have not been able to make phone calls from my home area (rural). I am on an extended network due to the fact that I live in a rural area. The other 3 phones that are also on the FamilyBase are able to make calls and have no issues.
Please advise.

Your account shows that you have used your full minutes allocation in your current billing cycle and your next minutes will be added to your account when your next billing cycle starts on June 17th 2015.
Renewing your monthly Subscription before your billing cycle ends has no effect on the date upon which your minutes allocation will be added to your account.
To continue calling until your next minutes allocation is applied to your account please purchase either a Subscription but with a different amount of minutes or Skype Credit.

Am I supposed to be able to make calls while iphone is locked?

Hi, Everyone!!!
I locked (as in password-locked) my iphone and put a 4-digit password on it like you're supposed to. Well, anyway, when I press the home button it asks me for my 4 digit password. But I can just press the "emergency call" button on the bottom left and call ANY number I want...not just emergency numbers. I called my co-worker a moment ago. I googled this "issue" and saw where it does that for others as well. So, is this a bug or is it supposed to be like this? I know my email and stuff is still protected, but I would think that password-protecting my phone would be able to prevent people from making calls with my phone, which it apparently doesn't do.

The passcode lock is not intended to prevent people from making phone calls. It is made to protect your information. If you do not want people to be able to make calls from your phone unless authorized, you can set a SIM pin, and will need to enter that every time you turn the phone on.

You should contact customer service to clarify, wheter your subscrition is the cause, or if Skype is blocked (some countries do block Skype) or otherwise unusable in the country in question.

I am not able to make call from mobile device , i was using this till 18th Feb and after that i cannot make calls. I am using Express VPN to use skype and i checked the express VPN and it is working fine. I can make calls from my PC and laptop using express VPN. Apple doesnt give this feauture and there are certain apps in app store under utilities which provide password facility under this app and u can store photos videos and orther stuff and lock so
Kids will be not able to access this single app ortherwise there is no such feature of locking apps feature given by apple

My new iPhone 4S won't let me recieve/make calls or texts.

My new iPhone 4S was delivered to my house this morning and I put in the SIM card and left it off for an hour...an hour or so later I turned it back on, set it up and it said that I was connected to my network (3) and that I have full signal. However, my phone will not enable me to receive/make calls or texts and everytime I go to call, this error messages pops up: "Sorry, you've not been given access to this service" and immediately ends the call. Also, everytime I switch on my iPhone, it says in the corner that I'm connected with my network and next to it will appear a small UK but it will go away in a second. Ive also looked on my settings for the iMessage but it keeps saying it's waiting for activation. I don't understand what's going on with it :/ Please help me, thanks so much.

I called to enroll in a verizon discount plan offered by my wife's employer, as we were finishing that up online, we were no longer able to make calls. We are able to text, however.   Has anyone else had a problem like this?

One of our phones received 240 voice mails from Verizon! I called support and they opened a ticket, the support guy was helpful and tried a bunch of stuff, but he couldn't figure it out and opened the ticket, etc., and told me it would probably be fixed in a couple of hours and that I'd hear from them.   That was last night.   I called this morning and another rep told me that I probably wouldn't hear anything until Monday.
The guy last night said they things went well during the storms on the East Coast for the network, but that there is something that is causing problems "rolling westward" since then.   I am in western Colorado.   Anyone else having any trouble?

We were told by the rep that we had to do two different orders so we did them one at a time with him on the phone walking us through it. I'm not sure what numbers are the actual order numbers because it seems the order number on the one phone I did recieve was different from the number in the email. The "order numbers" on the two emails were (removed) and I think were stated as "online order number". The whole thing was just so dissapointing. Spending all that time on the phone and my pc (on hold waiting for a rep, having the rep try the order, walking us through the order), my wife thinking she was finally getting a new phone that worked, etc, and finding out TWO days later?? I actually kind of felt bad for the rep I talked with yesterday because he probably gets beat on all day long if this kind of thing happens often, which from the posts, seems like it does. Of course I was less than pleasant with him struggling to understand what had happened and what could be done about it. If something can be done it would be appreciated. A CS rep can speak with me as well personally on the (951) number if they wish. Thanks.

Iphone 4 no longer changing audio source to make call via in car bluetooth.

Hi, I have an Audi A4, my iphone 4 connects to it, you can look at the directory's, calls made, missed etc,
When you want to make a call or receive a call, the audio source from the phone is not put through the car, its only goes through the phone.
Checking the iphone, it used to show a list of audio sources i.e. the car's bluetooth connection, the speaker or the phone.
No it doesn't show the car's bluetooth.
My HTC Desire S has no such issues and voice can be heard through the car's bluetooth, so I assume that the car's bluetooth is not at fault.

I had this same problem with my iPhone 4 and my BMW. I deleted the pairing and paired the phone to the car again, and the same issue occurred.
I reset the iPhone by pressing the on/off switch and the home button and that worked! The audio sources showed up and I was able to get audio from the car.
