Let's see. You tried to purchase items three or four times and each time it didn't work. So why would you expect that a fourth (or fifth time) would suddenly work?
Have you contacted the developer of the game to see what the problem is?

I am worried about the old Iphones, couldn't we change them for another version? I have my Iphone 3, love it, but now I am feeling out of the picture. The phone works perfect...Is there any plan to do so? like recycling?

I am trying to download apps but all that happens is the icon appears with a "waiting" underneath it. Updates do the same and so I am not able to download anything. I have rebooted the iPad this hasn't helped. I am able to sync the iPad with my PC and this updates everything. I would however not have to do this constantly. Any ideas on how to solve this download issue.

Have you redeemed your iTunes card to an account associated with an Apple ID?
Once you have your iPad associated with an Apple ID AND you have an account with a credit card associated with the same Apple ID AND you have some 'store credit' (from redeeming your iTunes card) then purchases use the store credit before they charge the credit card, so you should be ok!
Personally, I use 'store credit' as a way to monitor whether or not there have been any 'unauthorised' purchases because as soon as the store credit is zero, the security code from the credit card is needed for further purchases! It does mean that I have sometimes to top up store credit before making a purchase, but 'better safe than sorry'! -
When trying to buy a song a message tells me the Credit card feature is not working at this time but this has been going on for 4 days now. How can I fix this?

Hi, we trialed from central and have bought the plus version but have still been charged for another month of the trial. Would you be good enough to refund the charge please considering we have bought the main product?
After much back and forth drama, and the assistance of one awesome person at Apple, and also a great iTunes representitive, they have agreed to refund me.
I have not yet recieved the refund but will post here when I do.

Well, I bought some gems in Clash of Clans in app purchase function. The money has been deducted from my credit card but the gems didn't come through. What's the problem? Please help

On three or four occasions i have purchased items on my sims game for the ipad and koney has been deducted from my account but the items have not been purchased. Someone else bought an app on the store on my new computer. I had already purchased the app before on my old computer, so I deleted the app on my new computer that the other person purchased. I now want to download the app again through MY account. When I click INSTALL it asks for ID, but it shows up automatically with the other person's ID, so I delete that and enter mine instead. I then click SIGN IN, but then it says "Unknown error", then I click OK, then it says "We could not complete your request. There was an error in the App Store. Please try again later. (4)". How do I get rid of all info of other people's IDs so I can get the app through my account again?
The app that I'm trying to download actually might have been a pirated app. But I deleted it, so why is it not letting me get it through my account?

Just downloaded Lion and now iMovie won't respond when I try to open it. Even tried deleting the program (since it was an older version) and bought it new from the app store, but still won't respond.
Thanks for this mha007 - I can now open FF with a new profile. Can I copy my settings from the old profile or will this bring over the same problem, maybe a corrupt file. If it would bring the same problem, is there any way I can check which file is corrupt, apart from taking them over one by one?

I received a $15.00 gift card. All but $.99 has been used. I want to make other purchases but can't as I'll be over the .99 with the tax......Of course I have a credit card on file, someone please tell me what to do in order to make another purchase?

Yes.
If you have a gift card balance, iTunes will use that.
If the total is more than that, the difference will be charged to your credit card.
You need do nothing.
