Or you can email iTunes Support at iTunes Store Support.
If all else fails:
Go to: Apple Express Lane;
Under Product Categories choose iTunes;
Then choose iTunes Store;
Then choose Account Management;

you need to be running OSX 10.7 or 10.8 to use iCloud i believe. It shows you are using 10.6.8 which doesn't support iCloud.

I have been using a 2012 Mac pro to do HD video editing. I bought a new portable Macbook Air only to find that Maverick no longer has "open files in a new window" which I use all the time in the very large folders of video clips and royalty-free music. I asked at the Apple Store how I could get this back on the Macbook Air and they said it couldn't be done so I thought I would re-format the HD and install 10.7 on it and was notified by the Macbook Air I can't put 10.7 on that computer. Apple use to give this as an option but now they have gone more to the attitude of "Do it our way or go to ****!" In anger I went out and bought a Dell Laptop and Pinnacle Studio 17 which I have been learning to use. I have been an Apple/Mac user since 1979 and would still rather do my video editing on a Mac. The experts at the Madison, WI Couldn't give me any help on this.

I've bought an used macbook pro and want to change the ownership!

Basically i've purchased on ebay a pre-owned macbook pro that hasn't come with the original OS discs and I don't know how to change the ownership!
I've only have the ebay articule of the auction that I won and my credit card resume where I paid for the item that proofs my ownership on the macbook but nothing else!!
I just want to state somehow legally that this macbook is now mine in case i need apple care assistance or anything else (legal matters).

Which OS was originally pre-installed? You need this information, in order to receive the proper instructions on how to wipe it clean.
Macs that came with the OS'es 10.6.8 & earlier are not suppose to be sold w/o the DVDs that originally came w/them per Apple's license agreement. If this is the case w/you, then you purchased a glorified door stop. The system DVDs have troubleshooting tools on them and they are machine specific.
You can get replacement System Install & Restore CD/DVDs from Apple's Customer Support - in the US, (800) 767-2775 - for a nominal S&H fee. You'll need to have the model and/or serial number of your Mac available.

Here's another trick. Say you want to have each user have a specific theme, something other than default. The user specific settings for Squirrelmail are in /var/db/squirrelmail/data. Each user has a file called username.pref, where username = their actual short username. For the user msmith, it would be msmith.pref. For existing users, you can edit the file and add/modify whatever preferences you want. Set up your Squirrelmail like you want it site wide, and look at your pref file for an example. At my site, I want everyone to have the plain blue theme, and to turn off the alternating colors in the message list. Here are the preferences to do that:

I added those two lines to each users pref file, when they log in next they will have the plain blue theme. They can change it in the "Options" if they wish, but day one they get the plain blue theme.
For new users that you create through Workgroup Manager, there is a file in that directory called default_pref. That file is a template Workgroup Manager uses when creating a new user in Squirrelmail, so just add the prefs you want in that file, and each new user gets those preferences automatically when they are created.
There is a plugin that dose something similar called forced_prefs available at the Squirrelmail site, but if you force those prefs, users will not be able to change them if they want. It's also not real simple to use, at least for me. Documentation is pretty sparse as well.

You realize that you will not be able to share the apps that you have already purchased with the one ID on the iPad that you want to use with a new ID, don't you? Apps, music, books, movies .... All purchases are tied to the ID that was used to make the purchase.
my advice is don't do it. If there is some real compelling reason why you need to do this like you are giving the iPad to someone else, that's another story.

I want to change the apple ID associated with my iPhone

For many years my Apple ID was associated with my work email address. I recently retired and want to change the Apple ID associated with my phone to my personal ID (which I use with my iPad, home PC, etc.). However, I have forgotten the old password associated with my old ID, and since I no longer have access to my previous email account, I can not request a change of password email as it will be sent to my old email account which no longer exists. How can I delete the old ID and install the personal ID ?

What home page are you referring to? If you use google or other providers as your homepage, they offer some customization. You will need to review their help content for details.

Even if I'm not despertate, creating a new Id is good Idia. But I think I must create another email address also since I can't use the first email adress as an apple id for the new one.
