How do you get a new Apple ID for one of two ipads

You realize that you will not be able to share the apps that you have already purchased with the one ID on the iPad that you want to use with a new ID, don't you? Apps, music, books, movies .... All purchases are tied to the ID that was used to make the purchase.
my advice is don't do it. If there is some real compelling reason why you need to do this like you are giving the iPad to someone else, that's another story.

If I am understanding you correctly, it sounds like your daughter may have set up an alias account under iCloud. Your AppleID email address may or may not be the same as you iCloud email address, depending on how it was set up. It sounds like your issue here is that iTunes can not find the files for some of the songs you have brought into it. This happens occasionally even if the songs have not been moved from the location that iTunes places them on import or purchase. When you try to use the song, iTunes prompts you to find the file, as you have seen.
To find the file, use the information in this article to navigate through the iTunes media folders -
Locate and organize your iTunes files
If you are still unable to locate the files, you may need to download them from the iTunes store again, or rip them from your CDs. See this article for assistance with downloading your past purchases -

The only people who can possibly assist you with this is Apple Customer Relations, call your local Apple contact number and ask for Customer Relations then explain your situation clearly and politely (be firm but don't rant).
You might want to investiage what the local laws are regarding defective goods and 'fit for use' definitions on warranties etc. Consumer Protection can be a useful tool to use or bargain with if needed ...

The instruction should read "Settings > General > Usage > Music > All Music > Swipe right to left > Delete".
But doing so may have the undesirable effect of screwing up artwork and/or playback stability (maybe this was fixed, but this method cause a lot of grief in iOS 6 and early in iOS 7).
But try this -- connect the iPad to iTunes, and if you're not in manual sync mode then enable that and apply the change. Then while connected to iTunes, navigate the contents of the iPad through iTunes and see if you can delete the albums that way.

Is this for an unattended presentation?
1. If not, the option would seem to be:
Manually advance the slides containing the videos or
set the transition delay time to the next slide to occur after the video completes using the
Slide > Transition Inspector > Delay (max delay is 600 seconds so if video is longer than 10 minutes, an automatic delay wouldn't work)
2. If you plan this to be unattended your best bet is to compile it in iMovie and have a looping video with all parts timed in the video to your liking.
