I've changed my last name and want to change the details in my .mac account. Any ideas?

I've recently changed my last name and although I've created an alias (now @icloud.com sadly instead of @mac or @me!) I can't figure out how to change my name so that the 'sender' name reflects my name change. Any help gratefully received! Just one of the many tasks I need to complete to change my name and not off to a good start!

After reviewing your post, it sounds like you need to change the name on your Apple ID. Sending email with the wrong name can be a frustrating situation for sure. You can update your name at https://appleid.apple.com/ .

Sign out from Creative Cloud desktop application and Sign in with email ID using which you had purchased subscription .

This explains how to change your ID: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5621. After changing your ID you will need to go to Settings>iCloud, delete the existing account (which only deletes it from your device, not from iCloud), then sign back in with the new ID. To avoid losing photo stream photos, save them to your camera roll before deleting the existing account.
If you are signed into your account on your Mac, you will need to go to System Preferences>iCloud, sign out, then sign back in with the new ID.

I need to find a way to transfer music from my itunes on the pc to my Mac pro.

If they are iTunes purchases then you should be able to copy them over to your computer's iTunes via File > Transfer Purchases (File > Devices > Transfer Purchases if you have iTunes 11 on your computer) - that should also copy any other purchases over e.g. apps etc.
If it's music from other sources (e.g. CDs) and you don't have them on your computer nor on a backup then there are some programs listed half-way down this page which should be able to copy them off : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-3991
Before starting the update you may also want to copy photos and any important documents off the iPad as well e.g. via the file sharing section at the bottom of the device's apps tab when connected to iTunes, via wifi, email, dropbox etc - they should be included in the backup, but it's best to have a copy of them outside of the backup just in case.

It downloaded fine onto my Iphone and Ipad. I trawled through the support pages and they just suggested you needed the latest version of Itunes on my system (11.1.5) which I've got. Any ideas?

That's definitely not supposed to happen. You shouldn't have someone else's iCloud email linked to your ID.
You'll have to get iCloud support to sort this one out. The only way to contact them is to start here: http://www.apple.com/support/icloud/. You'll have to provide your iPhone serial number. Unless it's within the 90 day free support window, or you purchased AppleCare, there will be a charge. I suppose you can plead your case when they answer that you shouldn't be charged as you didn't set up this address and it shouldn't have happened with your ID.

I've had my old ipod forever and want to transfer the music to my new account. Problem was is that these songs were purchased on my ex's computer by me adding money through gift cards I recieved or through a cc of mine and theres about $1200

worth and i've heard horror stories from other people saying they created a new account under their name after the breakup and it cleared their ipod. So question is, is it safe to do without losing songs. If songs are lost does apple have a way to find out what was on the ipod and be able to retrieve them.

This was EXACTLY what I needed about the purchases I made from my device. However, is there a way to re-download other ones you've made from a computer? Because I realized some of them were not just purchased from my device.

The external file will be updated weekly. The data can be put in any format that will work. What format is best? The form is an Acrobat form. Minnesota state forms downloaded from their website and we use the Acrobat 9 forms wizard to render them fill-able. What is LiveCycle Designer? There isn't much more I can add. Is it possible or not? The Adobe Indian tech guy said I needed java scripts.

I use my iPhone in English, however I have a few Japanese contacts and I add their names with kanji (Japanese characters). In Japanese, the last name comes before the first name, and in English, obviously, the first name comes first. I have my settings with the last name first because it makes a little more sense in both languages, but I want to change the order depending on the languages without putting the last name in the first name and vice versa. Is this possible?

Not really, the name order is global so you cannot just switch it on and off. Best way is to just reverse the entry order as you have been doing.

Yea its a good thing to update because 95% of the Time a Rep. may ask for the Primary owner of the lines and if your not that person you can't hardly do squat with it. If you are using Mail in OSx: In Mail open Preferences->Accounts-> Click the Account you Wish to change and change your Name there.
