To use iCloud, you must first set it up with your Apple ID on a device with iOS 5 or a Mac with OS X Lion.
On an iOS 5 device go to Settings>iCloud and sign in using your Apple ID.

Go to the 'Go' menu in the Finder and hold down the option key to reveal the Library. Then navigate to library > preferences > system configuration and drag the 'Networkinterfaces.plist' file to the trash and restart for mac. Now try again. -

You can't create an iCloud account on your PC. You have to first create an iCloud account on an iOS device (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch) or Mac (running OS X Lion or higher). After creating the account on one of these devices you can use the ID to sign into the account on your PC.

I don't have any apple products personally, this is for work to use Photo Stream so when Superintendents & Project Managers take pictures of their construction site, I am able to have those images immediately.

Usually if it says your Apple ID is not an iCloud account, that means you have not yet enabled your Apple ID as an iCloud account. So you did set it up correctly on your iPod touch?

i have a license for all adobe files but recently i had a virus and all my files were deleted.Now when i want to have them back with my redemption code it says that i cannot use it anymore.But my license is not expired.How do i get my files back??
Your redemption code was used to acquire an activation code. The activation code is what you need to use when you want to reinstall/enable the software again. Check your Adobe account online to see if the number(s) can be found there.

It sounds like you are unable to re install iTunes because the Apple Mobile Device service failed to start. Try restarting it with the following article:

Windows Vista or Windows 7
Close iTunes and disconnect the iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
Click the Windows Start button .
In the Start Search field type Services.
In the Programs section of the search results, Click "Services".
Select Apple Mobile Device and click Stop the service as shown below:
After the service has stopped, click Start the service.
After the Apple Mobile Device service has started again, open iTunes and connect the device.
Then if the issue is resolved, set the service to start Automatically with the same article.
If it is still not working, use these steps from the same article to completely uninstall iTunes and its associated applications and install a fresh copy.
Remove and reinstall iTunes and AMDS
If the issue continues after restarting AMDS, then you'll need to remove and reinstall AMDS and iTunes.
Completely uninstall AMDS, iTunes, and all Apple software. Click the appropriate links below for steps:
Windows XP
Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8
Restart the computer.
Download and install (or reinstall) the latest version of iTunes from www.apple.com/itunes. Installing iTunes will also install AMDS.
Restart the computer.
Start iTunes and connect the device. It should be recognized properly in Windows.

i have downloaded icloud onto my laptop when i go to sign in it takes a while then says 'you cant sign in because of a server error'. what shall i do?
thanks.Next day the problem still continued. I did restart my computer a couple of times and then "it worked". Not sure why - if it really was a server problem or something on my side.

For background information, what computer operating system is your Premiere Elements 12 running on?
I could ask you for a lot of details to build a troubleshooting plan. However, in this instance with .m4a file and "importer reported a generic error", I am going to cut to what I believe your workflow problem to be.
You are working with iTunes music. To use them in Premiere Elements (any version), please convert them to .wav file in iTunes.
To do that....
a. Open iTunes and go to Music - File Menu/Add File To Library
b. Edit Menu/Preferences/General and there click on Import Settings
c. In the Import Settings dialog, go to Import Using and set for WAV Encoder.
d. OK out of that area.
In the Music Section/Songs, right click your import, select Create WAV Version
Then right click the WAV Version, select Copy, and then Paste it to the computer desktop
from where you import it into Premiere Elements 12 Expert workspace Add Media/Files and Folders/Project Assets
from where you drag it to one of the audio tracks.

Why my Ipad 2 wont let me login on Facetime?
I have MAC laptop facetime but which I turn off from facetime on my laptop I decide use my ipad for facetime, I login it and it says "Could not sign in. PLease check your network connection and try again" My network is perfect at home everything is smooth but only one plm is facetime wont let me login on cuz of network..
