HT204088 Report a problem after buy an app by mistake

Hi, I just checked in my credit card report and there are 3 values that App store charged me. Then I realized that the only reason they appeared there was through and "In app" via a free app.
So I am desperate because the value is more than USD 130.00 and after some researches in internet I saw that is possible to go to iTunes account and report a problem and choose "I inadvertently purchased this application" and then Apple make a credit in the same value of app purchased.
But I am doing exactly this and in the moment I click in "Report a problem", iTunes send me to a Apple webpage and nothing happen, only some options available and nothing related to this problem. But in some web pages and some other tutorial I found in internet, this should be very easy and possible to be done direclty into iTunes.
So I please ask someone to help with this because it´s not fair to pay for an "in app" that I did not approve and neither is not being used.
I appreciate some support on this.

    When I try to report a problem with an app, instead of showing me the menu as in this article, it opens my browser and sends me to the apple UK support page! (I'm in Mexico by the way so this *****).
    So I don't know what to do to report a problem with an app and get a refund

    Also just noticed that I can switch FROM a full screen app TO any other (non-full screen) app in another space and it does switch to that space. But can't then switch back or to any other app on another space, as expected.
    Plus if you have mutliple full screen apps open then you can quite happily switch between them! So I guess Apple expects us to run everything full screen?!
    This had better get fixed for 10.8.3... although re the Parallels mention - I have recently upgrade to PD8 so perhaps not coincidental? Can't recall if the prob first happened before that though.

    At least 32GB, as with any new electronic device, get the most advanced you can afford, you can't add any more space or features after you bought the device.

    You probably cannot get a refund, since the terms of sale for the iTunes Store state that all sales are final. You can contact the iTunes Store, explain the reason for your request, and ask, though:

    It's possible they'll make an exception for you.

    In my experience you will not get any meaningful response (i.e. other than boilerplate) via email.  I called this number for apple last week  - 800-275-2273 - which incidentally I did NOT get from the apple website but from Slate.com - and got right through to someone who helped me with my problem.  I never make any purchases from apple that are not absoultely necessary anymore, for example music I get from amazon.com, whose downloads actually work and who has a respnove tech support dept.

    Contact the iTunes Store Customer Service department using the form on their Support page (select the category and subcategory closest to the issue you're reporting and you'll find an "Email Us" button) and explain your problem to them.

  • Dreamweaver falsely reports BBEdit problem after App Store install

    I just installed BBEdit 10.5.2 from the Mac App store. Off course that did not include the bbdiff tool that Dreamweaver uses, so I had to use BareBones' installer to reinstall that. BBEdit now again works fine in my DW CS6 install, with "Compare with Remote File" and "Edit menu-> Edit with BBEdit" working properly. But every time I save, Dreamweaver puts up a dialog, "Dreamweaver has detected a version of BBEdit that is not Dreamweaver-enabled. Please upgrade BBEdit or disable BBEdit integration in Dreamweaver's preferences."
    Every time I save!
    What can I do about this new bug?
    I haver tried disabling BBEdit integration in the prefs, then re-integrating. After clicking BBEdit in the Prefs, Dreamweaver said BBEdit offers some good features and do I want to use them. I answered yes and that's that. Still getting the dialog about the version with every save.

    I don't recall whether or not I then had to reset the link to BBdiff in Dreamweaver.
    My problem with BBdiff is that it often stops working in the middle of a session. I think that is related to Dreamweaver's poor FTP program, not BBdiff.

  • Problem after Update, mosts apps will not run

    After running some Apple updates this weekend, many applications on my machine no longer work. Everything ran fine before the updates. I have not installed any other new software or hardware for months.
    Any one know what's going on?

    iPhoto (this gets to the point of showing photos)

    if you are having system wide issues archive and install would be the best bet. http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=107120 first however, you must do disk repair http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=106214. hopefully you do not have severe directory damage. if disk utility finds errors it cannot fix, back up your info immediately. you can use a third party app like diskwarrior or techtool pro to attempt fixing the problem, and if it can't be fixed, you will have to erase and install your operating system. [ 8 ) ]

    no there is no such way because you acan print at most 99 columns and utmost 255 characters .
    and alternative is take your filed in separate screen and make it appear through hotspot in another filedcatalog.then u will get more space .
