HT204370 How do I connect my Disney Movies Anywhere to my iTunes account?
I bought the Disney Movie Robin Hood the other day. My husband loves it and it had digital copy so I figured this would be great. I redeemed the digital copy code and had to choose to download the movie to "Disney Movies Anywhere + iTunes" because that was the only option I could see to get it onto my iTunes account. So far it hasn't shown up on my iTunes account but it does for the Disney Movies Anywhere. It says I just need to connect my Disney Movies Anywhere to my iTunes account and the movie will show up on iTunes. Does anyone know how to connect them? I would greatly appreciate the help!

How do I connect my iTunes account?
You can connect your Disney Movies Anywhere account with your iTunes account in your Disney Movies Anywhere settings. Go to Settings > Account > Connect Accounts, and then select iTunes to begin. You'll be redirected to iTunes to complete the process.
Once completed, you can return to Disney Movies Anywhere and visit the Connect Accounts section to confirm that you've connected your accounts. You may only connect one account at a time and switch accounts every 180 days. Connecting your iTunes account syncs all of your eligible Disney, Pixar, and Marvel movies between both services.

I am trying to link my Disney Movies Anywhere (DMA) account with my iTunes account following the instructions on the DMA website. I am redirected to Apple's website to download iTunes. I already have iTunes on my computer. I followed the Apple prompts and iTunes was uninstalled and reinstalled and I still cannot link the two accounts.
This is what someone else suggested on one of these threads. I was having the exact same problem, but this worked out for me! I hope it works out for you too.

How do I find my Disney Anywhere movies in my linked iTunes Account
I'm sure there must be hundreds of "Frozen" purchasers with this problem.
I purchased the disk with "Digital Copy". When redeeming it says , "Disney Movies Anywhere Account and Itunes". It doesn not give you an Itunes only option. I followed the directions, shifting back and forth between Disney and Itunes entering codes etc.
Now it says my accounts are linked.
The Disney movies in my Itunes Account now show up on Disney Moves Anywhere.
BUT, my Frozen still does not show up in Itunes. It connected in one direction but not in the other.
I need the movie on my Macbook for the grandkids in the car, not in the cloud or on Disney Moves Anywhere.
Any help?I have a similar issue. It does appear in my iTunes purchased list in iOS. However in the iOS videos app it does not appear as downloadable with the cloud icon next to it. I have to go into iTunes purchase history to download it locally. I have no option to stream the video. It does appear in the list on Apple TV however. Seems to be an issue with the videos app for iOS.

You have a Puerto Rico address on your account ? From a quick search I've found one site from somebody in Puerto Rico that includes a screenshot for an app receipt showing tax of 7 cents added to a 99 cent purchase. Are you able to view the purchase history on the account that you've been using, and see what prices show on them (e.g. if the store's listed price or price plus tax) : Store > View Account menu option on a computer's iTunes, then 'see all' link next to the Purchase History section.

Any music purchased through the iTunes store can be downloaded again for free as long as you are signed in with the Apple ID you used for the original purchase. Any other music you had in iTunes should be easily accessible in your system back up or from the CDs you ripped from originally.

As I mentioned earlier, the main time when this becomes an issue is if you need to do something involving associating a computer with a particular AppleID. Careful management of your collection should minimize this situation.
iTunes Store: Associating a device or computer to your Apple ID - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4627 - In connection with, "When you turn on iTunes Match or Automatic Downloads, or when you download past purchases on an iOS device or computer, that device or computer becomes associated with your Apple ID." "Your Apple ID can have up to 10 devices and computers (combined) associated with it. Each computer must also be authorized using the same Apple ID. Once a device or computer is associated with your Apple ID, you cannot associate that device or computer with another Apple ID for 90 days." - Additionally instructions for "Removing an associated device or computer from an Apple ID"
So the first account is really "yours" and you are setting her up with her own account? It helps to know this because if both are "hers" then there isn't an issue with her having full access to both accounts. If in 10 years she moves 2000 miles away and she is pretty much independent then you may not want her to have full access to your AppleID just so she can authorize a device. -

How to add apps (free or paid apps) to my iTunes account (via iTunes on PC) for later download on iPad?
In App Store, some apps may go on sale (become reduced in price or completely free), and these offers are usually available for limited time. I may want some of these apps but can’t download & install them immediately on my iPad for certain reasons (e.g. lacking strong Wi-Fi coverage or lacking free space on iPad or iPad is out of my reach).
How to purchase these apps from my PC via iTunes, to be added to my account and become available for me to download on iPad later?Deleting from your computer is not necessary and I would not advise it since again it's wise to have a backup. But otherwise, yes, once you make a purchase from any source, the app should in the future be available for downloading from the Purchased area in the iTunes Store app on your iPad. This presumes of course that the developer of the app has not removed it.
One note:
delete the downloaded app file and this will remove it from my PC (and automatically become removed from my iTunes library)
This is the reverse of the correct procedure. If you really insist on removing the app from your computer, delete it from within iTunes. iTunes will ask if you also want to move the app file to the trash. Deleting the app file manually will not automatically remove it from your iTunes library.

To delete an app from your iphone, press and hold any icon until they all start wiggling. Apps that you can delete will have a circled x in the top left corner of the icon. Tap that circled x to delete. Tap home button to stop the wiggling.
