Is their a chance I can get a refund I download a app then the next days I check my email saying there were purchase on my iTunes gift card that was not authorized I want to know if I can get that back on my card?

I have been having this exact same problem on/off. Not ALL PC users though, just some. I DO select the Always Send Windows-friendly Attachement, but apparently it does not always work. I have to tell my PC friends that if they don't see the file attached, to right click on the embedded image and copy.
It would be great if this was cleared up.

Suddenly, people are having problems saving JPEGS
that I have attcahed to my email. On the PC end, it
looks as if the image is being imbedded in the email
rather than being sent as an attachment.
I am using the Mail app for the mac. When attaching
files, I simply drag and drop the JPEG file onto the
Mail app icon in my Doc. It opens an new email with
the file "attached", I compose my message annd send
it.
I have never had problems with this before - it just
seems to have started all the sudden.
Does anybody know why this might be happening and/or
a good way to get around it?

Problems with iMessage and Apps requesting code verification
Hi all,
I've just bought an iPhone 4S and tried to activate iMessage and other apps like Viber and Whatsapp with no luck
Each time I tried to activate iMessage, i was charged an international SMS, and got an "Unsuccessful Activation" or "Error Occurred" message! Even with a great Wi-Fi\3G connections!
For Viber and Whatsapp, no verification code were receipt yet, I'm still waiting for ever!!
I'm not sure if it was a configuration mismatch\ or an internet connection or even a malware issue!!
Please Help!!

Hi,
I have a new HP Envy 120. Everything has worked perfect during installation and the wireless symbol it lit with full strength. I have connected to our wireless home network and it looks like it it connected. When I try to use eprint nothing happens and when I try to use apps the printer say that it cannot connect to the web services. What is wrong?

Welcome to the HP Support Forums. I understand that you are getting a connection error message when attempting to enable the web services on your Envy 120 printer.
Please set a manual IP address and manual DNS servers for the printer. I have included a link to another post with the steps, including screen shots, on how to do this. Please do not worry that the screen shots show a Photosmart 7510 printer, the steps are the same.
Please let me know the outcome.

Problems with ipad and app sync
I bought a couple of apps with my ipad, and when I connect it to my imac, itunes tells me that these apps cannot be transferred to the computer because it´s not activated. But when I activate it, it tells me that it is already activated. I´m using only one appleID. I don´t know what to do.I bought keynote for ipad with my imac and I can´t transfer it to my ipad. I would be happy if someone can help me.
I had a bit of this a little while ago, then it went away. I kept activating the iMac in iTunes, and eventually it shut up.
Try restarting the iPad, and if that doesn't work, back it up and do a Restore
To get Keynote on the iPad, in the interim go to the App Store on iPad, and check Purchases - keynote should show up there and you can download it. -
Has anyone in this Forum had problems with installing and running Adobe apps on the new MacPro?
I have been trying to install Photoshop CS6 & CC and Acrobat Pro XI on my Mac Pro (late 2013). I keep getting a 'configuration' error message and wondered if the problem was wide spread.

How do i fixed my problem with my ipad apps every time i open that apps it takes 10min. to play the games ant its getting LOST MODE and the ipad system is crashing
We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple.
Have you tried closing all apps via the iPad's multitasking bar and then doing a soft-reset and seeing that helps ? To close all apps :
iOS 7: double-click the home button to open the taskbar, and then swipe or drag each app's screen from there up and off the top of the screen to close it, and click the home button to close the taskbar.
iOS 6 and below : from the home screen (i.e. not with any app 'open' on-screen) double-click the home button to bring up the taskbar, then press and hold any of the apps on the taskbar for a couple of seconds or so until they start shaking, then press the '-' in the top left of each app to close it, and touch any part of the screen above the taskbar so as to stop the shaking and close the taskbar.
Soft-reset : press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the red slider), after which the Apple logo should appear - you won't lose any content, it's the iPad equivalent of a reboot. -
Is anyone having problems with the Health App and Withings?
After upgrading to ios 8.1 I am still having a problem getting my Withings Health Mate data to correctly update my Healt Dashboard. The information that does show up on the different Dashboard widgets is way off. For example, I today walked 2400 steps according to Withings, but the Health Dashboard shows 10,700 steps (720,000 in smaller print on another line). It further shows my daily average at 313,000 steps! Ridiculous.
Walking/Running distance for the days shows 22.5 miles with a daily average of 108 miles.....I'm not Barry Allen/The Flash.My problems with the Healt App are all over the map. The information on Withings Health Mate is totally accurate, and updates immediately. I have their scale (since 2011) and wireless blood pressure monitor. Also, I find the heart rate senson on the iPhone 6 to work well, every time.
This issue for me is with Apple's Health app. I get ridiculous readings on the Dashboards. For example, it shows my daily average in steps as 170,688, and miles walked at 80. Hardly! Additionally, the Dashbord widgets will disappear/reappear for no reason. I have tried switching the priority of data sources for the steps dashboard between Withings and my iPhone 6 (because it is indicated that the top source governs the dashboard info), to no avail.
Lastly, I don't know how to interpret the infomration on the individual dashboards. On the same line as the word "Steps" there is a number, i.e. 14,272 steps, and just under it the word "Today." However, when I switch from "Day," "Week,," "Month," and "Year," those number don't change. Below the word Today is a number (which changes all the time), and at the bottom of the widget, just above the month (October now) is the number 1,149,749. Nice.
I would like to get the Apple Watch next year, but if the Health App cannot be fixed I may not. -

OS X 10.4.x on PPC and Intel having problems with Card Readers

I am in charge of a school district running about 75 client macs, all PPC G5 and Intel mixed. I have been having reports that the Lexar card readers for the digital photography lab sometimes do not auto-mount the media that is inserted into them. Apple System Profiler detects the card reader, but when the card is stuck into the reader it does not appear in finder at all to retrieve the files.
Upon testing, a reboot usually alleviates the problem, but the teachers feel that the interuption in class and productivity time for a reboot is unacceptable.
I have the user accounts managed through Workgroup Manager on my Xserve, and I have it set so that they have access to auto-mount media (unless I'm missing a setting somewhere. But i'd think if the setting was off, the reboot wouldn't matter and it wouldn't fix the issue).
At anyrate, my question is has anyone else expierenced problems with card readers and auto-mounting the media in OS X? How about in a multi-user environment. Does anyone have any suggestions? All are welcome.
Thanks so much for your time.Since the latest update Mac OS X 10.4.9, my USB card readers have stopped working. The media is recocognized, but the transfer rate is so slow I could manually write the binary.
There were no issues prior to this update, and card readers work on machines NOT updated. -

Check your mail server setup (mail>preferences>accounts>) choose your MobileMe account and select Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP) dropdown box, select Edit SMTP server list, verify that each instance of the me server has a password, if there are more than one and you only have one account then delete the one without a password. -
I can't make any in-app purchases anymore on my IPad. Customer support says its a problem with terms and agreements and they can't help me since they don' t know what it is. I can still buy on my PC and my old iPad just not my new one. I used to be able to buy but not anymore. Can anyone help me?

Strange Problems With Display and Permissions Since 10.5.1 update.
Since I've done the 10.5.1 update I have been having a strange problem with my desktop and dock displays. On my desktop I have these strange lines that appear any time I log in or open any application, the lines never go away and change locations on the screen once I open an application or move a window. My dock has the reflective shelf for about half of it, the rest is a dull grey. I've also had problems with verifying and repairing my permissions. I can never actually complete either permissions task. I've used some third party apps, they always fail as well. The only time I can actually repair my permissions is by booting in to single user mode and doing a fsck -f command. When I boot back in to Leopard and try to use the Disk Utility to repair, it continues to fail.
I'm not sure if the video problem I am having stems from a permissions issue or possibly a corrupt video driver. Either way, I've done a lot research and haven't found anyone with the same problems I have been having so I thought I would give these forums a shot.
I am using a PowerMac G4 Quicksilver with dual 800Mhz, 1.5gb RAM, and a GeForce4 Ti 4600 128mb video card.

Problem with CS6 and Quadro FX 4500
I have 2 Quadro FX 4500 cards; 1 driving dual displays and the other driving a Cintiq 21 UX. Both cards have 512MB RAM operating under Win 7 with 16BG RAM.
Premiere, AE and Phtoshop CS6 see them as incompatible in one way or another even with the latest Nvidia driver: 296.7 which according to the driver specs added CUDA support OGL 4.2 etc...
Premiere: Murcury Playback Software Only
AE: GPU not available - incompatible device or display driver
Photoshop (both 64 and 32 bit ver): Gives message the GPU in not officially supported, does not allow more than Basic support and crashes when loading any image. Nevertheless the 4000 series is indicated as supported and the cards have the necessary RAM
I've added the graphics card to the raytracer_supported_cards.txt file in AE and the cuda_supported_cards.txt file in Premiere. I could not find any similar txt file for Photoshop if there is one. None of these solutions have fixed the issue.
I was able to get everything working when using CS5.5; any help would be greatly appreciated.>Both cards have 512MB RAM
