HT3702 There is a charge on my account that my kid did that I want reversed. What can I do to ge that done?
My kids used my phone and put a charge of $99 dollars in a game. How do I get this charge reversed? Seems a little extreme that they put an auto charge in a kids game.

Apple's policy on sales of digital content is that all sales are final. If however you wish to appeal to Apple, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History on your computer.
Currently, if your purchase happens to be your most recent purchase you will not be redirected to the report form, in this case use the report a problem option from the invoice that was emailed to you.
You can set up your device to require a password for purchase from the app store either immediately or after 15 minutes of being previously used. (Settings > General > Restrictions > Allowed Content > Require Password)
More often than not this stops unwanted purchases by others, but does not stop In-App purchases, to disable In-App purchases, go to Settings > General > Restrictions > Allowed Content > In-App Purchases > Off.

I want to cancel my account. I purchased a product that had errors in it. Within minutes I tried to cancel the purchase, and Acrobat will not let me. Furthermore, there are security errors in my account that are unacceptable. Please cancel my account, my payments. I have called my bank and reported this as fraud.

As soon as the order is complete I shall get it canceled & refunded.

I have loaded Lion on my MacBook and the new trackpad functions work only on one ordinary account or user and not on the admin account. The trackpad preferences are well set. What can I do?
iCloud should still help you reduce some hard drive space. Just select "optimize" in the icloud tab in Mac Photo App preferences.
Granted, not the same as completely offloading your library to a back-up drive at your location.

You've checked the purchase history on your iTunesaccount ? Many apps are free to download but once you start using features there is a charge for other services such as maps. Did you read the fine print?
