HT4009 How can i get an item purchased "in-game" to be put into my account, i purchased two items one after the other and the first is somehow unavailable?

My Wi-Fi may have shut off for a moment and a "pop-up" from the game came up and said "the purchase could not be made at the apple store, please try again at a later time"
I restarted my phone (shut off and turned on) and let it sit for about 10 sec before i noticed it was on.
I restarted the app and made an other purchase this time it worked- however, my problem is that I am being charged for BOTH purchases and "in-game" only one of the purchases is shown i.e. Gems in "The Legend of the Cryptics" first purchase 1300 gems second purchase(after the phone was restarted) 3800 gems.

While I agree that it would be nice if it was easier to transfer media from your Apple devices they should never be used as the sole location for any of your media. You can transfer the excel spreadsheet in to a .csv file and import to Outlook.
Or use desktop manager (see link below)
Do you have these numbers on another device?
What version of Windows, Outlook, desktop manager etc. are you using?

How can I get Colorful Tabs to use separate colors for 2 different gmail accounts?

Running Firefox 29.0.1 on iMac OSX 10.9.3. I have multiple Google accounts: 2 gmail accounts and 1 Google Calendar. The Add-on Colorful Tabs will allow me to choose a color for one gmail account , but it also uses that same color for the other gmail account. How can I get different colors on 2 different gmail accounts?
Also, Colorful Tabs is also doing the same thing for my homepage (google.com) and my google calendar. How can I get different colors on these 2?

How can I get Automator to create a workflow for combining .jpgs into pdf?

I have a large folder with many subfolders, and each subfolder has many subfolders. Those last mentioned subfolders have many .jpgs inside which I want to make them into a pdf. The question is, how can I get automator to do this for me? I tried using the help but it only made things even more confusing, it didn't help at all. I also have an app for creating pdfs out of combining pngs, jpgs, gifs, etc. (Combine PDF).
The task of making hundreds of pdfs out of so many jpgs that I have, is there somehow a way I can get automator to do this for me? So far I haven't even found an example with understandable screenshots so that I can get into the correct way of making a workflow do what it is supposed to do correctly.
Please help...

Thank you for your reply, the workflow is opened fine, however I'm not sure how to then get this scripted workflow to do what I want to do? I'm a complete n00b when it comes to Automator, is there perhaps a tutorial for idiots that is known where I could read about starting out with Automator to understand it better?

Are you running iOS 5 on the iPad? If so, on your computer log in to http://icloud.com and click on iWork. Click the gear icon on the upper right, and click upload document. Once uploaded, it should automatically download to your iPad.
If you don't know what version of iOS you are running, go to Settings > General > About > Software Version.

HT4009 How can I get a refund for my in-app accidental purchase?

I bought my 72-year-old Mother a new iPad 2 and she is loving it. I set up the account for her to purchase new games through the app store if she wanted, but she was not aware that the in-app purchases were real-life purchases, she thought it was fake money inside the game (now she knows). Is it possible to get a refund for this? I tried to do it through the 'report a problem' but it said it was not refundable and $99.99 is a very big mistake to make on her first day with the iPad.
Any help would be appreciated.

You will need to contact iTunes Store Support.
You may want to consider turning off In-App purchases in the Restrictions:
Settings > General > Restrictions > Enable Restrictions > Create a passcode > verify passcode > Turn off In-App Purchases.

How can I get Silverlight to play nicely videos? I'v installed it twice, but Firefox asks me to install it reapatedly and I cant' watch viedos.

I use Mac, platform is OS X 10.6.8, and Firefox 6.0

     I installed Perian and fully removed Divx. When I try to play the video now, Safari does not crash but I am back to the point where the video plays soundless for a second then freezes. I get a message from safari informing me that QuickTime is missing the components to play this video and directs me to the page that I downloaded divx from initially.
     Perian does not seem to be working but maybe I either didn't fully delete divx, or didn't fully install perian. When removing divx, I simply went to my finder folder and searched every area for divx content. I then right clicked on all the content, clicked "show package contents" and through everything within into the trash. If there is something I'm missing, or somewhere I could check for Divx content that I might have missed, please let me know.
     With regard to Perian, I went to http://perian.org/ to install perian. clicking the icon in the dmg. installed the perian preference plane. from there, there was an option to install perian. I clicked that but nothing seemed to install. I did not see anything load but it did tell me that it was installed.
Please let me know if i am doing anything wrong, or if there is anything else I can try.

My child got passed my iPad security. I didn't think he was smart enough. He is five years old. He spent over $100 dollars on Dragon City. I'm actually not sure yet how much he spent, I'm trying to sort through it. He did it within 10-minutes, so it shouldn't be hard to track. The charges go to iTunes. (Their FAQ says that I would need to go to Facebook for reimbursement but not sure how that makes sense.) Anyone have any advice?

My book will not recognize my wireless. How can I get it to hook up to my wireless? It works on wireless evrywhere except my apartment.My room mate has the wieless working on her (non-mac) computer. It will not work opn mine.

I have went thru the exact same problems trying to upgrade the wireless card in my DV7. It is very frustrating that the wireless card can't be upgrade to one that supports 5Ghz.
