HT4009 Replenishable In-App item didnt come through after purchased, money spent for nothing.

I ordered a Replenishable In-App item for a game.As soon as i click "Buy" to confirm the purchase,the App collapsed.Upon reopening the App,the whole profile was reset,however,the item ordered didnt come through but the full amount was charged.Any thought?

You need a Credit Card or an iTunes gift card to create an iTunes account.
Since you purchased the 2.0 upgrade, you already have an iTunes account.
The 2.0 upgrade comes with the Apps store you can use on the iPod touch. Also, you can use the App store in iTunes.
With both of these you can download free apps and you do not need a credit card since you already have an iTunes account.
If you wish to make an actual purchase (pay money) for an app, you will need a CC or gift card balance on you iTunes account.
Free apps/games thru the App store require an iTunes account (which you already have) and do not require that you have a CC or gift card balance.

What can i do when i purchase an app then after purchase the app fails to work. I deleted the app rebooted ipa then reinstated app. It still fails to work. I went to vendor support but when i go to send the info to them it comes up with unable to send msg due to page error. I am not happy. My child loved the app now it wont even open. Any help???

Thanks for your information. Actually i did want to try your suggested method to report my issue. But I can't go to that report page. I don't know why, i tried in differnt pc and reopen and clsoed the account for serveral time. Anyways, I found another method to report my issue.

Gift Apps not being e-mailed after purchase

Anybody else having trouble with Gift e-mails being sent?
This is the second time I have sent a gift to someone and had the recipt delayed, or never show up. In this case, I purchased an app as a gift on the 7th of July and the e-mail was never sent to the recipient, or at least they never received it. The e-mail address has been confirmed known good and working. I re-sent the gift twice today (7/12), and neither e-mail showed upfor the recipient again.
What's going on here? Is anyone else having this problem?
The e-mail address is a GMAIL account, could that have something to do with it?
Or is gifting Apps and movies, etc. generally flawed? I've only just started sending iTunes gifts, so I don't know how reliable it is. But I must say, so far I'm not impressed.

When I send them they arrive in seconds.
Ask the recipient to check Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether.
Also see if you are able to resend the email by following these steps.
If the problem persists, select the content which is causing a problem and use the 'Report a problem' button in Your Purchase History using your computer.

App Store is not working after the newest update for me

Mine is doing the same thing too after I updated my iPhone to the new iOS 7. I can't get into the iTunes Store, it closes right when it opens. I've turned my phone off and turned it back on but it is still the same.

App Item Not Populated

Greetings - I've got a problem that only relates to developers, not end users. Apparently, something gets broken behind the scenes, when you log into a workspace as one user, and then access an application as another user. Here's the situation:
My sample application consists of two pages and one application item:
• Application item F38195_TEST.
• Page 101: the login page. Contains a before header process called "Populate App Item", which populates F38195_TEST with the word "Populated".
• Page 1: Displays the value of F38195_TEST.
Here are the steps you need to take, to observe the application working correctly:
• Go to http://apex.oracle.com/pls/otn.
• Log into workspace chall51_sandbox as "guest", with the password "public".
• Run application "App Items".
• Log into the application as "guest", with the password "public".
• Page 1 will display the following:
App Item Test
The word "Populated" should show below
Populated.
• Log out and close your browser.
To observe the problem, bring up the same URL in a new browser session, and log into the workspace the same way as you did above. Log into the application, though, as Guest2, and Public2, rather than Guest and Public. Run the same app, and the output appears as follows:

The word "Populated" should show below
Note that the word "Populated" does not show between the lines.
It appears that when the workspace user is different from the application user, the login page process that populates the application item is not effective. Debug output shows that it runs, but the application item remains null.
For what it's worth, if you log out of the application and log back in as guest2 / public2, it works. It's only the initial session that's a problem.
Of course, the obvious solution is to access the application as the same user you logged into the workspace as, but I thought I'd point this out, in case it's symptomatic of a larger problem in the underlying OAE engine, and in order to ask that if anyone has an explanation, they might satisfy my curiosity.

My problem is that in my real-world application, I need access to the application item at the top of page 101, before authentication runs, as well as for the duration of the session.
I've experimented with it a bit more, and I've found that the problem actually occurs if both processes (page 101 and post-authentication) set the item to the same value: the item goes to null. Again, though, it only happens if you're logged into the workspace under a different ID than the one you use to log into the application. If the user ID's match, or the processes set the item to different values, you don't get the behavior.
Please take a look at "App Items 3", in the same workspace referenced above, for illustration. Thanks for all your help!

TS1702 cannot purchase in app items

Been purchasing in app items for over 3 years and probably had 4-6 times that it would not let me purchase something. normally it would take me to my account and i would have to re-add the CVC number on the back of my credit card. This time i tried purchasing an in app item and it said:

Iphone: while restoring, will my txt messages still come through once restore process is finished??

I had to just restore my iPhone and just wondering if during the Restore Process(where only apple logo was on screen) if someone text messaged me, would it still of come through, after the Restore Process was finished? i just want to make sure i havent missed any messages. any help greatly appreciated, thanks

During the restore process the phone is in the dormant state. Any message(s) received within this time frame will remain in pending/waiting to be delivered state. You will receive it/them once your phone connects back to the network. Take a note that it's a time dependent feature and the network will keep trying to push it/them to your phone till a certain period of time or number of attempts. I do not know how long or how many attempts. It could range between 24-36 hours.

Samsung Brightside - Texting comes through as garbage

Have a Samsung Brightside and the texting doesn't seem to be consistent. Often the text will come through as garbage characters. Typically this happens if I am getting a text from an iPhone, or if they have put in any "special" characters. Group messages are also a mess - I get one message that comes through as a media message for everyone that is on the group message.
My phone is up to date with software.
Has anyone seen the same thing and have an answer?

Hey there scottyergin! Sorry to hear about the messaging issue you've been having. I know from experience what that can be like when I had a Basic function device getting messages from smartphones. The reason why some messages contain unreadble/nonsense characters is because your device may not be able to translate certain font types or special features that are included with some messaging clients (even with your device's operating system being up-to-date).
The iPhone uses an application called iMessage that provides its owners with many such options. It works best when communicating with other iMessage users, but can also be used to send/receive regular SMS/Text Messages. I recommend reaching out to one of your contacts if you should get a message like this again to ask that they disable special features (if possible) before sending another message so that you can read it. BB App World won't load after 5.0 upgrade

I have a BB Storm 9530 and just upgraded to 5.0 software.... Several apps didn't come through. The larger problem is BB App World itself would not install properly. I tried installing it several times. It goes through the download process and in the end I get a message "uncaught exception missing resource net.rim.device.apps.internal.appstore.resource.BlackBerryAppStore" ... How do I get this resource loaded on?

I hv that problem just now with my 8520 after installing the OS upgrade. BB App World and BB App Center cannot be found in my home folder but i can see it in my application list under Setting option.
I guess the hard boot mentioned above is taking out the batterry, isnt it?
I hv tried that but still those application does not come out.

Unwanted sound coming through after export

After completing two projects in imovie '09 I exported the projects via the export option. Upon playing the exported projects sound from the actual video comes through even though it was muted in the original iMovie project. When I play the project in iMovie it plays fine and there is no original audio coming through but as soon as I export it, the audio comes through. I have tried to export it and save it as .mov, mpeg, you name it but no matter what I do the original audio always comes through after export. Is anyone else having this issue? Any suggestions? HELP!

The point at which the audio comes through is a clip that I have sped up; however, once the audio comes through during that clip it continues to come through on the following clips that are regular (not sped up or slowed down.) Do you think that because the clip is altered in that manner that it is corrupting the clip through export? Thanks

I am getting a new iphone so I need to backup my apps to itune.
Then after purchase I will load them on to iphone5
My husband has a separate iphone separate Itunes/app accounts
I upgraded itunes. Then logged on to my account. But when I start to file/devices to transfer - it lists his account not mine.
Somehow itunes is associating my window log in with him and it lists our apps together (his/mine) under the library section/apps. I think I will end up with his apps and mine then he will end up with the same.
Any ideas how to get the device transfer to list my account?

Best option is to make each a user on the computer then it work as it should otherwise you need to change appleid in itunes between phones being connected

any strings:
a.compareTo(b) :
0: a > b=0: a == b
<0: a < b
As far as I know this uses the order of the Unicode. But natural languages have sometimes other orders. Use java.text.Collator in that case.
