My ipad2 was stolen a week ago? Can you help me what to do to blocked my ipad and not be used by anyone? I used different address and i even not put any password lock ang Find my iphone is on? also the location area is not on? please help? Thanks a lot if you can suggest anything? i have so many documents and files in my ipad?

It's gone.
The downside of the 'find my' app is that your device needs to be online, and it is an app that can be defeated within minutes by any thief that knows what they're doing.
Hopefully you've already protected your data, changed passwords etc.
Chances are your iPad has been wiped and sold and it's gone.
You can or should have reported the theft to the police. You might get lucky.

Doesn't hurt to call the police.
The SIM wasn't replaced; if it were, you wouldn't have been able to locate it.

At this time, it will be very difficult to try to locate your phone. If you had find my phone turned on, you could try going to iCloud.com to try to locate it but it would have to be on and connected to a wifi signal. As I said, the fact that it has been 2 weeks now will make it difficult to find it.

When they've been reset you can then use steps 1 to 7 half-way down the HT5312 page that you posted from to add a rescue email address for potential future use

First scan your system and delete the corrupted files then again try to download the Acrobat software.

Did you enable the "Find my..." function BEFORE you lost it?

My iPhone 6 was stolen 3 weeks ago, unfortunately I didn't have "Find my iPhone" feature activated so I am unable to track it. When I login to my iCloud, I still see that iPhone as logged in to my Apple ID. Any solutions to this?

If your phone was stolen an didn't have Find My iPhone turned on the first thing I would do is change your Apple ID password. Immediately after that I would change the password for every app and web account that resides on the iPhone.
When you get your new replacement iPhone make sure that Find My iPhone is turned on and you have a good passcode set up to prevent unauthorized folks from gaining access to your device.

The only way to find a lost iOS device is to use the Find my iPhone app or www.icloud.com. For this to work, you have to enable this feature on the lost device prior to loss. If you didn't do this, there is no way to find it. Also, if the device is off, there's no way to find it. Neither Apple nor your carrier will find it for you.

Unfortunately, you cannot do very much with your phone unless you get assistance from the previous owner, they should either provide you with the password to unlock it or remove their account from the phone entirely remotely through iCloud.com > Find My Phone.
If you have this persons email address, try sending them an email and asking them to remove their ID as described above.

Hold HOME and START at the same time until an Apple logo appears. This is called a "reset", and essentially it reboots iOS. You will need to hold for about 10 seconds.

Was you iPad setup with "Find My iPad"? If not, there is no way to locate it. If you have set it up to use "Find My iPad", you can locate it as long as the iPad is connected to wifi, if not, your out of luck. That is, you can only locate it, if the person who found it connects to wifi.
And yes, all the apps you bought for your iPad, will work with a iPad 2, and you can restore to your new iPad 2 using the latest backup from your computer.
