My I phone was stolen one week a go

Hello Everyone,
My iPhone was stolen one week ago until today I keep receiving notification telling me the last update of the location of my IPHONE.however the location is not that specific to find it
I have the serial number is there anything I could do to block my iPhone or to get it back?
Thanks in advance

Thanks for your prompt response I tried to register my S/N with the suggested link but I keep receiving messages saying that is the S/N is registered with another apple account, although I am still getting the notification of the location...:((
Thanks,
Hanan
