Start here, change your country if necessary and go to manage your account.
Also check your Mail rules and filtering, the verification mail may be going to a junk folder or even being deleted altogether.

    Welcome to the Apple Community.
    You can only wipe your device when it is logged into iCloud and 'Find My Phone' is enabled, additionally the device will need to be switched on and connected to a wifi or cellular network.
    Unfortunately, you cannot activate iCloud or 'Find My Phone' remotely.

    Can anyone from Apple answer this question?  I want to sell my ipod touch but it shows up as "This device is no longer eligible for creating a free iCloud account".  What do I do?  Can I go to the Apple store and request that they delet all accounts associated with the ipod?  Is that possible?  Help!!! Really frustrated at Apple right now.

    You can't teminate an iCloud account; just stop using it and ignore it - it's not costing you anything.

    You can set up a second ("secondary") iCloud account on your device by going to Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendars>Add Account>iCloud.  Secondary accounts do have limitations. Only the primary account can be used for Photo Stream, Bookmarks, Documents, iCloud Backup and Find My Device.  Push mail only works for the primary account; secondary account mail is fetch.

  • Accidentally deleted Adobe Acrobat XI Pro from Creative Cloud account - how to reinstall?

    I have an Adobe Creative Cloud account and it will not allow me to reinstall Adobe Acrobat XI because it thinks it is updated. However, I accidentally uninstalled it, trying to prevent it from over-riding an older Adobe Acrobat install I had. I now need to reinstall it.
    How can I get the Adobe updated to recognize that Adobe Acrobat is not installed? I've had it recheck several times over the last 2 months.
    The Adobe site will not download it, even though I select the "download" button, nor will the Creative Cloud account installer.

    Shut down Acrobat and any Creative Cloud application before doing this procedure.
    1    Rename caps folder.
              a.  Using the Finder menu Go>Go to Folder.
              b.  In the "Go to Folder" window put the following path:  /Library/Application Support/Adobe/
              c.  Rename the folder named "caps" at this location to something else (i.e. OLD_caps):
    /Library/Application Support/Adobe/caps
    2    Install Acrobat from within the Creative Cloud application.
    3    Rename new caps folder.
              a.  Using the Finder menu Go>Go to Folder.
              b.  In the "Go to Folder" window put the following path:  /Library/Application Support/Adobe/
              c.  Rename the folder named "caps" at this location to something else (i.e. NEW_caps):
    /Library/Application Support/Adobe/caps
    4 Rename the OLD_caps folder back to "caps"
    5 Now you should be good.
    *Note:  The "caps" folder contains the files that the Creative Cloud application reads to show what IS and IS NOT installed.

    We have a family itunes account for purchasing music and apps, but 3 separate cloud accounts for each of our devices.  I books seems to be synced through the family account.  Is there a way to sync it with individual clouds so that some of the saved pdfs and other documents are available on my own cloud devices? 

    If by account you mean AppleID it is not possible.

    Is there a email or phone number to contact customer support to CANCEL my creative cloud membership?   On the webpage, to cancel my membership it sends me in circles and only leads me to the forums!!!!!??????   I just want to CANCEL my membership!!

  • HT4436 I want to opt out of iCloud. How do I do this?

    I updated to Maverick and suddenly iCloud is everywhere and there is no way to opt out as I was able to before. I don't want it being in charge of my files or passwords or anything. But it seems if I uncheck the items it decided to take over (Contacts, Documents, etc) my computer will delete them. I feel strongarmed into using iCloud.

    Backup your data and sign out. Restore the data after you sign out. This is not complicated.

    Hi, I am using Outlook 2013 and Windows 8 and I and my husband have each one icloud account for emails calendars etc. though we both only use one outlook 2013 profile on our PC for all emails. I have set up my icloud mail and it works fine. I do not seem to be able to set his up, also not manually. Can anyone tell me how i can do this or if it can be done?

    On your PC, not in Outlook.
    Make a separate user account for yourself, put only your stuff (files/accounts etc) in it, likewise for hubby
    I do not recommend 2 users sharing 1 installation of Outlook, especially with a single user system such as iCloud.
