Same way you locate a lost wallet or car keys. Look for it.
IF you set up the find my ipod feature on the ipod itself and it is on and it is connected to wi-fi, then you may be able to get an approximate street address using icloud.com.
Otherwise, it cannot be tracked

The manual does not show that feature natively for the iPod. Later iPhones and iPads have that feature natively.

If not then do you have a backup of the iPad on your computer's iTunes ? If you do then in iTunes go into Edit > Preferences (iTunes > Preferences if using a Mac) and on the Devices tab on that hover your mouse pointer over the iPad's backup : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4061

Your 14 days are up, however you could take your case to Apple Inc. regarding same,
however those are the stipulations.
RAM cannot be upgraded however, period, its permanent on the logic board after mfg.
As for the SSD (solid state drive), upgrading same is a bad premise 9 times out of 10.
No notebooks is a mass storage device, and you need an external HD for data redundancy and backups regardless.
data that is static on your SSD and not used very often has no logical reason to be ON the notebooks, and best saved on a superslim external HD ($60)
SSD are very expensive, even a small one, HD are cheap as dirt and users are recommended to have one regardless for many good reasons.

Yes, it is possible. You can have your current copy of Flash activated on two computers at the same time. If you are moving from one computer to another, then on the old computer, go to the Help menu and select Deactivate. Follow the instructions. Install Flash on the new computer and activate that installation.
