my new email and new password is set up on i tones and not on my iphone 4 but under settins show my new email but my updates wont allow me to update it keeps going back to the old email and i dont use it any more

Did you change the email associated with your Apple ID or create a new Apple ID?
The former simply requires signing out of the iTunes store and back in with the new credentials.
The later is a waste of time as content acquired via iTunes is permanently tied to the Apple ID it was acquired with.

Try going to https://appleid.apple.com, click Manage my Apple ID and sign in with your current iCloud ID. Click edit next to the primary email account, change it back to your old email address and save the change. Then edit the name of the account to change it back to your old email address. You can now use your current password to turn off Find My iPhone on your device, even though it prompts you for the password for your old account ID. Then save any photo stream photos that you wish to keep to your camera roll. Then go to Settings>iCloud, tap Delete Account and choose Delete from My iDevice when prompted (your iCloud data will still be in iCloud). Next, go back to https://appleid.apple.com and change your primary email address and iCloud ID name back to the way it was. Now you can go to Settings>iCloud and sign in with your current iCloud ID and password.

You don't need to create an account. Your use your Apple ID to log into Facetime.
If you haven't already you will need to download the Facetime App from the Mac App Store.

Niel's solution is simple. As an alternative that's a little more advanced, you could acquire and install one of the available virtual machine packages, and install OS X 10.6 into it. This will allow your existing program to run until it can be updated or replaced or migrated, and can remain with OS X 10.8 for the rest of your use; with the current OS X version.

Sorry, but "Extend a wireless network" is a proprietary Apple setting that will only work if you have another Apple router.
It is not compatible with devices from other manufacturers.

Just get into "General" -> last option is "RESET" -> Opt for "RESET NETWORK SETTINGS"
Your phone will reeboot in a couple of minutes n then get fine on with full signal on the wifi scale.

It is probably because the software is too old to install/use on your new machine. Look at the files on the disk and see if there are any there that you might try to use to initiate installation.

Installing iTunes on a computer does not magically install/move media or preferences to the new computer.
Copy the ENTIRE iTunes folder from the old computer to the new computer.

Zzxc: FireFox hangs on opening requiring force quit I have snow leopard mac and tried terminal from your web page but did not get the box as shown

Firefox does not open in safe mode and from the menu bar it will not quit ...... I have to go to the dock and right clic to force quit.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, to try terminal as instructed
It will not open in safe mode
What now ?

Try doing a "clean install" of Firefox:
# Force quit Firefox
# Drag Firefox (in Applications) to Trash, and empty trash
# Download Firefox again from http://www.mozilla.com and re-install.
