I had to restore my settings - my phone shut down - so when i put it in computer ALL my daughters memory came to my phone - how do I get my stuff back on my phone

Did you backup your iPhone to iTunes?
You can restore your iPhone from a backup.
If there are multiple backup devices, look for your backup and restore yoyr iPhone from that backup.
