HT4623 My "MAIL", iCloud is Blocked and I'm unable to get APPLE to understand that I cannot use my phone on repeated bases what can I do to encrypt my Phone?
My Phone is repeatedly "HACKED" on a daily bases, as I'm typing to support it is being momitored and I want to encrypt my phone and the indicator states that I have to have a certificate to do this!
I hope that there is someone in the Community that can "HELP ME" rid myself of these people, they're "AFRICANS" that live next door to me. In Cincinnati, Ohio!
Have you deleted the original files you copied? Deleting means moving to the Trash and emptying the Trash.

Activation issues are almost always the result of a device that has been hacked or jailbroken. If that is the case, no support can be provided here.

When I try to connect the Air with my iPhone to create an Hotspot, it drops the connection and gives an error message in the iPhone saying that the device (MacBook Air) is not supported. What can i do about it?

I just "upgraded" my iPhone with the new software. As a low vision person, your phone was always previously helpful. I now discover that I cannot use the phone easily. The font has been changed to a very narrow typeface and the greyscale has been altered to reduce contrast. The background is now grey as well rather than white. The accessibility options permit only three choices. First, increase type size. With the the low greyscale, thin typeface, increasing type size makes it HARDER to read. There is no option for contrast enhancement. Third, the background switch options suffers from the same deficit as the white background. The third choice is to enhance brightness but without the option to change contrast, this is useless. Am I missing something? Can this be fixed? How? When? Are you planning a similar negative "update"/change to other devices?
I am having the same problem. I have gone through every setting, set the bold font, contrast, larger font....everything I could find in any post to try and help - and between the new color scheme that makes it virtually impossible to use the pictures of my grandchildren as background (the picture colors now become the theme colors - which now match the colors of many of the "flat" icons...) I am finding the phone very difficult to use--espeically things like the calendar which has now become very hard to "see" and use. If I can't revert this thing to iOS6, I may have to get a different phone.

Try removing said card then re-enter all card details, if still no joy then try a different card to see if it is the card or a problem with your iTunes account, one other thing that you could try is changing your iTunes password as this sometimes cure thing as well.
Also have a look at your purchase history to see if you have any items that are still waiting for payment as this can sometimes screw up your payment method, if this is the case then I would defiantly try a different card.
If none of the above work then I would contact iTunes support. -

$2000 on the new iPhone 5 for myself and my wife, we sitll use the other iphone4's that we have with other numbers and as we have a big family we have 7 computers that all need to work with itunes. We also have 5 ipads and i was thinking of getting another one but because of this problem the two new iphones and my macbook pro are usles devices when it comes to music and syncing is impossable... My kids do not have there own apple id as it needs a credit card, which they do NOT have. They are kids. so how can i get iTunes to allow me to get more computers online. I just bought an new/ refurbushed 17" mackbookpro as my old one was dropped and still works but do not want to take a chance for my work... anyway iTunes will not let me use this computer with iTunes either... AAAHHHHH I do not want to authorize and de-authorize computers as i use them and it looks like that is not possible anyway based on their statment that htis can only be done twice a year... You might want to investiage what the local laws are regarding defective goods and 'fit for use' definitions on warranties etc. Consumer Protection can be a useful tool to use or bargain with if needed ... -

Over The Air updating came with iOS 5 so you do have to update using iTunes.
I would recommend always updating using iTunes, my personal and very unscientific resrearch into the problems that many people have with updates and then having poor battery life and wifi issues indicates that the common thread among them and not being able to resolve the problems seems to be updating OTA. I would always update using iTunes. -
I am trying to free up space on my pc and moving itunes files to external hard drive. I have followed instructions and believe I have file copied to new drive, but I am having trouble moving file to recycle bin as the instructions say. I am getting the following error message: cannot delete ituneshelper.dll:access denied, make sure disk is not full or write protected and file not in use. I know the file is not in use when trying to move. Any help would be most appreciated. I am on Windows XP.
Yes. And you should not have moved that folder. Put it back. To move your iTunes library move the folder from User's Music.

I brought an iPhone 3gs two days ago, and must have knocked my drink onto it when i was asleep because when i woke up it was soaking wet. I dried it out and tried charging it and it said that it couldnt charge with this accessory. Now its totally dead and wont charge. What do i do?
You've most likely shorted the battery out or fried the logic board, or both. Your options are not good. Apple has an out of warranty replacement program, cost for a 3GS is US $149. I wouldn't recommend you go that route, as the 3GS has been discontinued. A third-party repair shop may be your best option, but won't be much cheaper if the both battery & logic board need replacing.
You can "try" placing the phone in a ziploc bag filled with dry rice...leave for 4 ~ 5 days. Odds are, this won't work though. -

I downloaded OS7 and was setting up icloud but it will not let me past the accept, even when I accept all 3 sections. I tried decling but it still will not let me pass.
