You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

If you aren't receiving the reset email to your rescue email account (and you've checked the spam folder on that account as well as the inbox, and tried clicking the reset link again) then you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple to get the questions reset.

I am using my iMac using iChat to talk to a newer iMac that doesn't have iChat. We had this working using Messages and Facetime (on the new machine) talking to my existing iChat account. One day last week, when Facetime rang, my kids answered on the iPad. Dang! Now it's all fouled up! The new iMac won't see my AIM account name and shows that I'm offline, because the iPad is off. We were able to call using "most recent call" in Facetime, but now I can't go and control that new iMac remotely to help with some email concerns the user is having. I'm trying to not personalize this too much, but it's grandkids talking to Grandma and Mom and Dad trying to solve new machine hiccups. Normally, I could just go in via iChat and control the other machine and troubleshoot, but I can't do it with Facetime only. My buddy list doesn't see the other computer even though we are connected on Facetime right now. My name is not highlighted for the other computer. What could have gone so wrong?

If there are problems with importing the IE Favorites in Firefox then export the favorites in IE to an HTML file and import that file in the Firefox Bookmarks Manager.
If you do not have the menu bar in IE then right-click the toolbar at the top to enable the Menu Bar.

ok, i think i posted all my question in the title LOL, I had sync my ipod to my computer over 2yrs ago, my computer crashe and now i have a new one. It will not let my sync my ipod with out reseting my ipod which will delet everthing on it. The problem is all the songs i bought on itunes is backed up on icloud, but i have alot that is from cds that i know longer have and if i did a reset i would lose all that. What did you do with the SIM from the iPhone 4? You need to "activate" the phone, but it does not need to be a SIM that is connected to service. It is just what happens when you update the phone. In this case, activation does not mean to activate it on a cellular carrier, but just to activate the phone so it works. Copy everything from the old computer or your backup copy of your old computer to your new one.
Type "move itunes library from pc to mac" or similar into the google search bar.

If you are talking about sending photos via messaging then:
Have you turned on MMS Messaging in Settings?
See Settings > Messages > MMS Messaging and turn this ON.

You have to connect the iPod to your syncing computer and restore via iTunes. If iTune asks for the passcode and yu can't enter the pascode or if you do no have the syncing computer you hove to place the iPod in recovery mde and then restore.
If you did not previouly sync to the computer after changing the passcode, iTunes will ask for the passcode. Placing the iPod in recovry mode will erase the iPod. That is the way this security feature works.
You can restore from backup but you will lose everything since the backup.
