I need to reset my sequrity questions, but the email wont send. I've checked all of me emails. Any help?

The email may take a few hours to arrive and have gotten caught in a spam filter. If it's doesn't show up anywhere, click here, phone Apple, and ask for the Account Security team.

Most of the people on these public forums, including myself, are fellow users - you're not talking to iTunes Support here. I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post.
If you aren't receiving the reset info to your rescue email address (how long ago did you request it, and have you checked the spam folder as well as the inbox ?) then you could try clicking it again and giving it an hour or two to see if it then arrives. If it doesn't then you can try contacting iTunes Support or Apple
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then try Apple ID Account Security
or try ringing Apple in your country and ask to talk to the Accounts Security Team : http://support.apple.com/kb/HE57

You won't be able to change your rescue email address until you can answer your questions (the reset link will show your rescue email address, not your account's primary email addree), you will need to contact iTunes Support / Apple in your country to get the questions reset.

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Start here (change country if necessary) and navigate to 'Password and Security', reset your security questions using the link provided, you will receive an email to your rescue address, use the link in the email and reset your security questions.
If that doesn't help, you don't receive a reset email or you don't have a rescue address, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple throughiTunes Store Support.

Hi i am just starting to redo my ipod touch and whenever i try to download songs it asks me security questions. I dont remember the answers to them and i know they can send them to the email but, the email it sends them to is not my email anymore. How do i change it? please help.

If you have a rescue email address set up on your account then you can try going to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account. Then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you might see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address set up then go to Express Lane and select 'iTunes' from the list of 'products' in the middle of the screen.
Then select 'iTunes Store', and on the next screen select 'Account Management'
Next choose 'iTunes Store Account Security' and fill in that you'd like your security questions/answers reset.
You should get an email reply within, I think, about 24 to 48 hours (and check your Spam folder as well as your Inbox)

Reset email for Apple ID not received

Hi there,
my brother has troubles with resetting his Apple ID password for iPad. When requesting for email reset everyhing look fine, but eventually email never comes. He uses his gmail email as primary mail for Apple ID.
Did someone else have same problems?

Is this the route you followed.   If not try again but follow the above.
To reset your security questions, this is the usual route.
Security questions. Is this the route you followed?
If you can't remember them go to Express Lane.
select iTunes from the list, then iTunes store. On the next screen select account Management.   There, select iTunes store account security and write that you would like to reset your security questions and / or answers.
You should get an eMail reply over the next 24 hours.
