What exactly do you see when trying to buy a game, what messages do you get on-screen ?
If it's an account that you've just created then unless the instructions on this page are followed when creating an account : Create an iTunes Store, App Store, or iBooks Store account without a credit card or other payment method
then credit card details will need to be entered before the account can be used to download any item from the store. You should be able to remove the card after entering its details.

Walk it into the nearest Apple Store there in Ireland, admit you purposely avoided buying it there, and ask them to help you sort it out. I'm sure they'll be happy to service your overseas purchase.....

Be careful, FCP is an open system which is great, but it allows you to work with formats that are not completely compatible with fcp and can cause serious problems down the road. You can check the formats of all audio files brought into fcp by selecting them in the browser and hitting command-9, Use compressor to convert all audio files to 48k 16 bit aiffs before importing to fcp. There's a preset for this format in the apple presets. You mention video files. The same thing holds. In particular, avoid bringing in h264 quicktime movies. Convert to an fcp friendly format like prores using compressor.

Can i change them or somehow find out what my answers were?You'll have to reset them. Go to https://appleid.apple.com, click on manage your account on the right, sign in, click on Password and Security on the left, look for the link to reset your security questions to the right. This will send a reset email to your rescue email address.
