I am in an endless loop trying to set up a new password with my AppleID and use it for the Cloud to sync my iPhone, iMac, and MBAir.
I'm asked to reply to security questions - my answers are truthful but are not accepted. Please help me just start over - or recover what I have so I can move on with the Cloud.

In order to download to your phone over the air, you need to be connected to WiFi.
It's possible the Internet connection through Verizon is not stable enough for the downlaod to begin (it is a very large download).
You might want to head over to Starbucks with your laptop for the afternoon and see if you can download it over their WiFi.

I suggest you go to Apple's ID site, log in and update everything. Then you will surely get a confirmation mail.
Once all is done, you will most probably be able to log in to the iTunes store again.

HT3702 I had a I-tune card that I have been using I put it onto my computer at least two years ago and have been using it, I have like 2.83 left on the card, and it will not allow me to use my money until I put the three digit code from the gift card.

I am using a HP CapShare 920 handheld scanner and I would like to download documents onto my mac. I purchased an IR778 usb port adapter specific for a mac, downloaded the required app for this. The mac recognises the ir778 but will not recognise the scanner. Now it works fine on my netbook, yet I can not read the files they are so small. I am looking for some help so I can use my much preferred mac.

All I can suggest is that you open that file on the MBA and save it as a new file, then see if you can open the new one on the iMac.

The Ask Toolbar is causing that in the Firefox 3.6.13+ versions. Uninstall that extension.
There are a couple of places to check for the Ask toolbar:

You need to unsync them from your iPod. Plug it in, go to iTunes, Press your iPod on the screen, either in the sidebar or in the top bar, and check unsync photos. That's the only way to delete those.

Please don't tell me to retry, or re check my information because it is all correct, it basically says u cannot use thi account due to it being connected to another device... which is my old fault iphone, at the apple store.

I have never before heard of cards being locked to a single device... but your case has shown me that it happens.
If I am getting it right you try to log in to your account and it asks for billing information, and when you enter your card details it tells you that the card cannot be used. 1) Partition your hard drive or add an external drive and install Snow Leopard (with the Optional Rosetta) into it and then you can dual-boot (System Preferences:Startup Disk) into Snow Leopard and run FCE 3.5 there.
2) Use one of the following methods to install FCE 3.5 into Mavericks:

Reports on this forum seem to confirm that Final Cut Studio 2 will continue to operate in Mavericks once it is functionally installed, albeit some plug-ins may fail to function. FCE 3.5 is the same generation as FCS2, and presumably will continue to operate in Mavericks, as well.

This morning, I did a power down and reboot of the I-Pad, that got the "Please Wait" resolved. I then tried clicking on the additional picture set and it did download and install, so the problem is now resolved.

I wonder if the disk being referred to is actually your iPod which is not plugged in. Maybe something has stuck thinking the iPod should be there.
Try completely removing all the iTunes related programs according to this method.

Restart you PC and see if startup improves.
If it doesn't improve you need to consider the possibility that there is something else going on.
If The problem goes away, hopefully a fresh install will be OK.

The account cannot be validated error was due to a glitch on our activation server that has been fixed now.
Please try using acrobat now and check if you are still facing the problem.
