HT5622 I've been trying to reset my security questions lately because I've forgotten my answers.. But when I try to reset by clicking the send email thing, the email won't come. What do I do?
I really need help, because I've recently bought a ITunes card and I'm trying to buy some songs but it won't let me cause I need my security answers so they know it's me but I have forgotten my answers and tried to reset the questions by clucking on 'Send email to reset' but I did it so many times and hasn't come at all!! I done it a few weeks ago and no email..
What do I do?

I have never set up a passcode on my iphone 4S but when I try to reset my phone it is asking for a 4 digit passcode. Is there a generic code? Or how do I retrieve an existing/forgotten passcode?
You will need to put your phone in recovery mode and then restore using iTunes.

The App Store said I needed to switch countries so I clicked the button and it switched it for me but now I can't update my apps but when I try to change it through settings it still says the country is the u.s. I don't know what to do to change it back

everything else works on my iPhone in iCloud but when I try to connect to iCloud on safari I get the page ICloud set up iCloud on this device etc. What's up?
You cannot connect to iCloud.com from an iOS device, you can only connect from a computer. You can access any of the data in your iCloud account from the appropriate apps on your device (mail, contacts, calendars etc)

Hi I'm a total novice, as you will see. But Iam trying to use template of an employee schedule but when I try to add extra columns it does not add the preset formula with it, so it works out total hours and total pay? If any one can help please before I throw it through the window!

Hi Grum,
If the formulas aren't filling to the new column, you must have changed something in the template since you first opened it. Numbers is rather fussy about filling row content in columns as they are added. Only rows with the same expression in every Body Column will fill when a column is added. Just as an experiment, start a new Employee Schedule document from the Template Chooser and then add a column by clicking the Add Column handle in the upper right corner of the table. If that works, as it should, then think about what might have changed in your working document to disconnect that feature. Maybe we can figure it out together.

I reinstalled acrobat 8 on my computer but when I try to print to a pdf it states that the program isn't activated. I tried to install and reinstall it but it still doesn't work. It shows that it is activated. I tried to deactivate and reactivate but that doesn't help either. Everything else seems to work.

What operating system are you using, and what version? You may be running into a compatibility issue between your older version of Acrobat and the OS that you're running.
Please let us know a bit more about your setup, so we can get to the bottom of this printing issue.

You should be able to log out of an account by tapping on it in Settings > iTunes & App Store and you can then log in with your new account.
Any content that you downloaded with your old account will remain tied to that old account, so only that account can potentially redownload them and/or download updates to its apps. You should be able to reset the password on an iTunes account via http://iforgot.apple.com e.g. by answering the account's security questions. -

The messages are saying you have a 2G iPOd. Those canonly go to 4.2.1. Apple only made 32 and 64 GB 3G iPOd. A 32 can be either. To further identify yours:

hi there , I have Ipad 2. just upgraded to OS 5.1 and now cant transfer any videos to it. videos already stored can be played but when i try to copy any new video, it says that the video cannot be played by Ipad.I have tried mp4, mov, m4v but nothing plays.
Log in to the Developer forum. You will find instructions on how to install the lastest beta. Your problem is the beta you have installed has expired. All of them did on October 5; you will find hundreds of threads discussing this. If you have a beta it is assumed that you will continue as a beta tester, so a simple update using iTunes will not work.
If you no longer want to be a beta tester install the GM 7.0.2 by restoring from iTunes using DFU mode. -

I have been importing images via card reader with no problem. Now all of a sudden I can see the images on the screen but when I try to import the computer says that it can not read them and quotes numbers of the images. Any idea how to solve?

I have an older Ipod Touch that is (I believe) the third generation because I have no camera on my ipod. I recently changed my Apple ID and password on my Itunes account. But when I try to update my apps or download new software/music my old apple ID comes up and I can't change it. On the itunes store and my settings it shows my new Apple account. How do I stop from my old account from coming up and my new account appearing when I try to download something new?
- To change ID go to Settings>Store and sign out and sign in with the one you want. If you iPod has iOS 5 you may have to also go to Settings>iCloud and sign into the second account.
- Apps are locked to the account that purchased them.
- To update apps you have to sign into the account that purchased the apps. If you have apps that need updating purchased from more than one account you have to update them one at a time until the remaining apps were purchased from one account.
