HTML code appears corrupted - anyone run into this problem?

Using RH8 HTML - All of my topics have unusual spacing in the html code. This happens with a brand new project - starting right from the menu to select a new project. As soon as the project is created I go into the first topic and look at the html code and it looks something like this:
OK, even though it's hard to read, you can get the jist of it. This happens with old or new projects.
I am hoping I do not have to have our IT staff perform a uninstall/install. Any feedback is greatly appreciate.

Just want to add that the usual trick of restoring the default font to Courier at 100% does not work as the dropdown is blank when Robert accesses it.
Also this applies to any project Robert opens, including the samples.

I suppose I should have prefaced my question with the concern that I've read a number of other posts from people who have had a similar issue and when they tried to follow the directions, they ran into a multitude of other problems. As you might imagine, I'm hoping to avoid the creation of new problems as I try to solve this one. Thanks again.

I've also seen the following reported cause/workaround:
After several Google searches I found the iPad syncing problem to be caused by iPhoto 9.4 not handling the & correctly in names. It's not recognizing them as & which is causing problems with XML. You can manually change them or wait for Apple to issue a fix to iPhoto 9.4. I started to do the manual fix & I just have too many to change.
(Manual renaming isn't going to be an easy/good workaround for a bunch of folks, though.)

That crash appears to be casued by the Facebook plug-in.
Create a new account (systempreferences -> accounts or Users & Groups on 10.7 and 10.8), make a new Library in that account, import some shots and see if the problem is repeated there. If it is, then a re-install of the app might be indicated. If it's not, then it's likely the app is okay and the problem is something in the main account.

Make sure you are viewing your image at 100%. At smaller views, pixels and layers and the way they interact are approximate interpolations and won't show you the actual pixel-for-pixel changes.

it does not show up in photostream in iphoto on my imac. Everything is activated and turned on.
Just in case, on your iMac, open System Preferences > iCloud
Make sure Photo Stream is switched to on.
If it was already on, switch that off. Restart your iMac, restart your iPhone.
See if photos sync between the iMac and iPhone.

I am developing a combined java and flex project, and it was working fine as a web app. Usinf flash builder I converted it to a desktop air project, and now it fails to send messages to java. eg, My test code just calls a java class's hello() method when i click a button, and an alert shows "hello", which is what the java class returns. However I get an error in the air version, when I click the button it gives an error saying:

I can see the problem there, my project is called Combination, as is the swf file but for some reason it is looking for "ombination.swf". Weird problem any ideas? I tried changing the name of the swf file to ombination as a quick fix, but then the air can't load it.

Upgrading OSX server from 2 to 3.1 and the update is hung on "updating services". Anyone run into this?

I have tried restoring my backup and repeating the Mavericks and server upgrade and have the same result.

How long have you let it go? My initial upgrade seemed to hang at the same spot, but it ended up moving on after about 30 minutes.
Be sure to repair disk permission and check for errors before getting started.

Since getting os5 my calendar is blank until i go back a month, then return to the current month and everything appears. Anyone else having this problem?

My edits in Photos 1.0 are not changing the photos. Are others running into this problem?

I uploaded photos from my iPhone.
When I try to edit them on my Mac, nothing happens. I can move all the adjustment bars (brightness, shadows, highlights, etc., but nothing happens to the photo.

I had the same problem, it never happened in iPhoto.
Simple solution: quit Photos and start again, it will work.

First off, it takes a very long time to boot up. Maybe that's normal. Then I get taken to the choose language screen, then the choose format screen. After this, it takes me to the apple recovery screen. I can't get off this screen without choosing either restart, run diagnostics, or factory reset. Everytime I restart, it takes me right back to this screen. If I choose run diagnostics, it says everything is fine. When I do a factory reset, it errors out telling me that it can't perform this action. Has anybody else run into this problem? I have tried pulling the plug and everything else I can think of. Maybe I just have a defective unit.

Illustrator Shape Builder Tool: After the latest CC update, the tool alters shapes once edited instead of just removing/adding the desired shape. Anyone else run into this and/or have any fixes?

I am using a PC and installed the latest update of all the CC programs I use (AI, PS, AE, etc.) and within Illustrator I've noticed the Shape Builder Tool doesn't behave exactly as it did in the past. (And not in a good way.)
Previous versions allowed me to edit/add/remove shapes from one another without issue (leaving all shape paths as they were before the editing while making the desired alterations), but the newest behavior seems to alter existing paths once shapes are merged/deleted making the tool almost non-usable.
Not sure if there's a check box I'm missing or what, but have done some brief research on the problem and haven't found anything helpful. If anyone has run into this issue and/or knows a way to correct it, I would greatly appreciate it
