Assuming you mean your Downloads folder (there is no download icon): Go to Home and drag the Downloads folder to the left of the @ pin in your Dock. Make sure you drag the folder over the Dock separator line.

First thing to try is a reboot of your iPad. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously ignoring the red slider until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the iPad restart. See if that fixes your problem.

Wait 15 seconds.
Attach the computers power cable.
Wait another 5 seconds and press the power button to turn on the computer.
The 5 second timing is important to a successful reset.

Shut down the computer.
Locate the following keys on the keyboard: Command, Option, P, and R. You will need to hold these keys down simultaneously in step 4.
Turn on the computer.
Press and hold the Command-Option-P-R keys. You must press this key combination before the gray screen appears.
Hold the keys down until the computer restarts and you hear the startup sound for the second time.
Release the keys. -

If/when it is dry
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer

I would recommend taking a look at the troubleshooting steps found in the article below.

Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.

Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.

Just installing a few updates from the Mac App Store for mountain lion on my 2010 MacBook Pro, during this it made a noise and then the screen and keyboard went off, like it is off. What happened, is it off...or should I just wait it out?
What kind of noise?
The only things I can think of that make noise are fans and disks. Fans usually will not cause the computer to shutdown as you describe. My guess is your disk drive died. I hope you made a backup prior to start the ungrade.

Left click on an empty area of the Desktop to ensure it's the active window, then hold down the Ctrl key and use the scroll area of the Touchpad to adjust the size.

Two weeks I buy a iTunes card to put some music on my iPod. I per order 5 second of summer now I can't download the album to my iPod now
It's been released in your country, and you've received an email to say that it's available for downloading (and you have enough money on your account to buy/download it, pre-orders are charged for at the time of downloading) ? If it is then does the Store > Check For Available Downloads menu option on your computer's iTunes download it, or does it show in the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store homepage on your computer's iTunes, and the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on your iPod, for downloading ?

I've never really had problems on syncing one device to another. However, this time time I can't seem to restore it to the 5s. When I check iTunes it says that all purchases has been downloaded, but of course it's not. When I try to find it so maybe I can re-download it, it reflects as purchased so I can't download it anymore. Help pls...
And you are looking in the Purchased tab in the iTunes store app on them ? On that tab you've selected Music at the top of it, then 'Not on this iPad' and 'all songs' ?
Is that what you are seeing in the Purchased tab, or is there not a Music button at the top of it or are you not seeing anything listed there ? -
One of my users let his wife use his iPad 3 and now the device is forzen with the itunes icon appearing on the screen along with the USB charging/interface cable with an arrow pointing to the iTunes icon.

1: Connect the device to Your computer and open iTunes.
2: If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane.

I tried to update my phone. The update didnt go all the way through, and ended up freezing the screen on my iphone with an itunes icon on it. I tried to reboot phone with no success...the icon stays on there with no other function of the phone available. Anybody know of a fix?
Put your iphone in dfu mode by doing this. Turn your iphone off. When its off, hold home and power button together for exactly 10 seconds, then release the power button and keep holding home button for another 10 seconds. Then open up itunes on your pc and plug your iphone to your pc. Itunes should recognize your iphone in recovery mode and it will tell you to restore it. Click restore, and your iphone will restore. Remember that, if you do this you will lose everything that was on your iphone. You can restore from backup later on. Hope I helped.
