Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected.

It could be that the existing wire in your appartment is not clean enough to provision DSL only. When combined with the phone possibly it has a higher line voltage and worked before. Now that the line is to be provisioned without phone service it may be giving them trouble that did not show before they came out and ran the new line test. So a new jack dedecated for your DSL line may require a new wire be run to your appartment. Also the account for internet only used to require direct billing to a credit card or something else. This was a number of years ago. Most accounts are linked to a phone number, and without a voice number it adds to the confusion.
If you are getting the voice and everything turned on as before, then I am at a loss for words. -
I want to upgrade the IOS of my Cisco 2821 from Version 12.4(11) to v 15.1 (XB), but I have CCME v 4.2 (0), is there any problem if I only upgrade the IOS and leave the CCME as it ?
ThanksCME is part of the IOS, so you can't upgrade the IOS seperately from CME.
That said, if this is a production environment you should proceed with caution and be prepared to roll back as you may find bugs, etc.
You should also look at release notes and make sure your phone firmware will still work or needs to be upgraded too.

If you are currently running an iOS lower than 5.0, connect to your computer & click on the "Update your device using iTunes".
Tip - You may need to disable your firewall and anitvirus software temporarily. Then download and install the iOS update. After you update to iOS 5.x, the next update can be installed via wifi (i.e., not connected to your computer).

Since I downloaded the latest version 5 to my I-Phone and I-pad the quality of the photo's that I download from my computer is poor and grainty, prior to that it was perfect, I downloaded these via a USB cable and not via Clouds: is there a problem with version 5 or am I doing something wrong ??

I keep getting the above message. HELP!
I purchased a brand new HP laptop with Windows 8 2 days ago. I download itunes without any issues.
When I sync'd my son's ipad 3 32gb wifi the ipad got stuck in the recovery mode trying to download the software update. I googled trying to find a way to fix it but with no luck so I took it to an Apple store and they re-set the ipad and it seemed to be fine.
I then tried to sync my sons ipad. This message didn't come up but nothing would transfer to the iPad even though looking in my library I can see all of his movies, songs etc there.
I tried connecting my iPad 2 and I have received the same cannot be restored message again and the ipad is stuck in the recovery mode like my son's ipad was. The screen just shows the black screen with the white usb and arrow pointing to the itunes logo.
HELP! Quite clearly it doesn't appear to be an Apple or itunes issue but maybe factory settings on my new PC as my old Toshiba laptop always worked perfectly with itunes.

Has any one found a fix for the iOS 5 WI FI dropping problem?
I own an iPhone 4 and when I upgraded to iOS 5.1.1 it began dropping the WI FI connection randomly, usually after only a few minutes of inactivity. The only solution is to re-start my router and it works fine for a while then drops the connection. I am certain the problem is not with the iPhone hardware. It must be a bug in iOS 5.1.1.
I have been an apple user since the beginning and I have owned just about every model of Mac, I hope Apple will address this issue soon, as I can not imagine any way end users can fix the problem. For the record; my iPhone is factory fresh and not hacked in any way.
Thank you in advance for any assistance...I'm not aware of any wifi drop problem, which leads me to believe that your router is the problem (or your wifi carrier). Have you had problems using wifi at a public location, like a coffee shop or any store that provides free wifi?

I am using a PC (windows 7) and trying to update my ipad 4th generation via Itunes. i was trying to update to the latest operating system.
The error message cited above pops up every time.
I just updated the newest version of Itunes, updated windows 7, restarted my computer, turned off virus/firewall, and none of that worked.
I tried restarting my ipad, but theres nothing there. It just says to connect to itunes. The only option Itunes gives me is to restore. I click that, and still get the same error message.
This is a freshly bought ipad and I don't care if the few things I have on it are erased. I just want it to work.
Any ideas?

The rest of the content is still on my ipad.

the last bit of color in the gradiant (which is #fff000) to fill
out the rest of the page, However the start of the gradiant itself
in the image seens to be repating on the far right of the page. Ive

I notice a funny error while writing my program. I'm trying to get my program to display whatever is in my database and it seems to have an error call java.lang.classCastException. What makes it more interesting is that in my program, there is two components that the program has to do..
1) Update the Table model (update by using addrow (Vector named tV)
2) Insert the data(Vector named tV) into a main storage storage Vector (Vector named data)
it seems that if I were to just update the table model alone, without inserting the data, it would work fine... no many how many rows i insert into the database, it could read and display.
But the moment i try inserting the data, the program gives me the same error back. What puzzles me is that the error was mention to be from the TableModel getValueAt method.. so why does inserting data into another vector will cause this problem?
