I am aware that apple does not replace the battery for my ipod touch 4th generation, but I wanted to know if i purchase a replacement battery, can they recommend someone to replace the battery for me?

I have a ipod touch 4th generation, 32gb, purchased at least 3 years ago. It will not hold a charge, so I would like to purchase a replacement battery. Can the apple store recommend someone to install the battery for me once I purchase it from them?

U can change it from setting - general..if you forgot ur passcode then you need to connect ur ipod into itunes n put into recovery mode...by pressing home butoon + power button for 10sec then it will goes to recovery mode..it will erase ur all data (beware)..

Apple will replace your iPod with a refurbished one for $79 (USA) or you could do a Google search on "replace iPod battery" for a local or on line repair place that will replace the battery for less. You can even find a replacement battery (same search) and replace it yourself if you're up to it.

I have had my ipod touch 4th generation for a couple months now.... Nowhere in the manuals or help sections does it tell me how to make individual pucture files(like that already on my computer) put onto my ipod touch.... I managed to make one and I can't remember how I did it but when I have the touch hooked up to itunes and try to pick which picture files from my computer to sync, a box always opens and says that it will delete everything in the original photo library that was in there.....

I do have a photo library on my computer, but in the photo tab in itunes for the ipod touch and there is nothing checked for syncing, cause when I do check it it always says its going to replace everything i have in my photo library on my ipod touch..... How to fix Battery Drain on iPod Touch 4th generation

I own an iPod Touch 4th generation, I have had it since August of 2012. It seems like I need to charge it everyday. I get around 12 hours of Standby and only 4 hours of Use. Is there anyway I can get my iPod to last 2 or 3 days? It used to last longer before I updated it to IOS 6.1.3.

I have attempted to update it twice in the last two days. First I downloaded the newest version of iTunes, and then I clicked "Update".
