I am getting so frustrated!! I cannot get itunes to open! I have uninstalled and re-installed the program but the store just looks like it is thinking yet not opening the store. I can access the music I already have but cannot get the store to open HELP!!
Why ohhhhh why can I NOT get into the store? I have uninstalled and re-installed apps but nothing!! I can bring up my current music but cannot get into the store to purchase more!! Someone please HELP me. I'm soooooo ready to give up!!
Try and "Forget This Network"
Settings>Wi-Fi>tap little arrow on right of network.

Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 n above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

I can not sync my Iphone 4s with Itunes. I get a "required file can not be found" error. I went the apple stroe yesterday and they said a file may be corrupt. I have uninstalled and re-installed Itunes so it is up to date. ANy thoughts?

Without proper system information and other details like what files you work with nobody can tell you much. From corrupted prefs to issues with your PS swap file to actual problems with the fiel storage this could be anything.

Using Adobe 11 reader, now comes up with an error, once file is opened. 'Invalid plugin detected, Adobe reader will quit. Closes the program so cannot view PDF files. Running windows 7. I have uninstalled and re-installed Adobe still the same. HELP
Sounds like something has been added into the Reader folder. I would recommend uninstalling, running http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html, removing any left over parts of the Reader folder (this might have been the problem), reboot, and reinstall. Hopefully that solves the problem. For future question about Reader, you should consider asking in the Reader forum, this is not it.

Restart your PC. after the PC restarts, bring up your Task manager, and go to the "Processes" tab. Click "Image name" to sort the processes alphabetically.
Now try to launch iTunes.
Does an itunes.exe process appear? If so, does it vanish after a second or so, or does it persist in the Processes tab (even though iTunes itself never shows up)? -

I cannot open any tabs on Firefox. It opens to my homepage, but there is no line for a URL address. Therefore, there is no way to type in a new URL address. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox twice and it has not helped. I am a former PC user and just switched to Mac.

I recently had to get my Mac completely rebooted by having the OS reinstalled and the hard drive replaced, due to a conflict with Adobe and my Mac. I had to uninstall and reinstall all my softwares, including Photoshop and Lightroom. They didn't mention anything about losing all your files. And now, I am left with nothing on my lightroom; all the files I had were very important. I thought well since it is an app, there must be a way to restore all my files. Is there??

LucAll of the files that you were working on and managing in Lightroom were not actually "in" Lightroom. Your files are stored in folders on your computer. Lightroom simply points to those files and displays them. Reinstalling Lightroom would not have any impact on your image files unless the hard drive(s) were reformatted in the process. Lightroom uses a catalog which is a database to keep track of where your images are located. It also stores all of the adjustments made to your images. If you backed up that catalog before reinstalling your software, and if you still have all of your images, then you should be able to open that catalog that you used previously and have all of your work still in place. If you don't have the catalog then I'm afraid you will just have to start over. Whether or not you still have your image files isn't clear.
