I am getting the message: unable to connect to server
When I try to access Apple TV I get the message 'unable to connect to server. Try again later'. I have been trying for a few days and nothing changes
unplug modem and router and reboot.
check setting for network, verify password.
sign in. Enter computer information.
let me know if this works.

In the icloud settings, I am told I need to accept the terms and conditions to use icloud. However, when I click on "Terms and conditions", I get a message "unable to connect to server". This has been happening for a week now since I upgraded to iOS 7.06. There is no problem with my wifi or cellular connectivity, all other applications work perfectly. P.S.I have never used icloud before, but wish to do so now. How do I overcome this problem?
Have you turned the iPad off then back on? That often helps with problems.

I can't connect with the Facebook server. When I tried to connect with Facebook when playing Candy Crush, I got the message to "enter password for "" in Settings. When I go to Settings, it says "There was a problem accessing your account. Please reenter the password for [my name]." Then, when I type in my password, I get the message "unable to communicate with server."
I tried deleting my Facebook account and then reinstalling it, but the problem continues. Any ideas?Dear Tomarshe
I had the same problem a couple of weeks back.
What I did was that I restarted that Ipad of mine and voila!
Problem solved!

Welcome to the Apple Community.
Try the following.
Go to Settings > iCloud > Delete Account (This removes your data from your device, but not from your account, it will be added back later).
Restart the device.
Sign in again (Settings > iCloud, don't use the 'Create New Apple ID' button). -

Worked for me:
Download the old Apple's "Find My Friends" app, agrre to the terms there.

The only think I've done recently is install a different antivirus program and uninstall the old one which had expired. Not sure if this is linked to the problem...? -
I updated Flashplayer and then found that Google Chrome has installed itself on my PC. I swear I did not give it permission. I was then unable to connect to my usual websites, getting message unable to connect to ....
I have uninstalled Chrome and now cannot access the internet via Firefox.If the printer is WPS capable.. most wireless printers are.. please us the WPS method.
Open the airport utility and highlight your TC..
Then go to the top menu area... and select WPS.
This will open another menu area. I recommend you select first attempt.
Then select WPS connection in the printer and attempt to connect.. you have 60sec to connect.. after which any attempt will fail. -
I already tried reducing the maximum number of connections to 1, but I'm still receiving the message. Is there anything else I can do?
My computer is a Mac mini running OSX 10.9.5. Firefox is version 34.0.5.Ok, IMAP server almost universally allow multiple connections. Thunderbird as you would have observed uses 5 if they are available. As Airmail suggested, iphones just use more and more until they exhaust the available connections. There is no set maximum option.
However there are other things that can consume connections and some may surprise you.
Anti spam tools such as mail washer
Anti virus programs in their anti spam or anti phishing roles
Web mail.
The wife sharing the same account on her laptop.
That is from the top of my head. So could any of those apply. -

I've attempted numerous times to sign on to my hotmail account. It keeps telling me the password is incorrect. I also get a message connection to server failed. Everything else connects fine, except my email. Could I possibly be locked out due to the numerous attempts I have made to log on?
It sounds as if your account has been compromised. I would recommend logging into those accounts from your computer and their websites and changing your password.

Does anyone know why my mac/me mail would suddenly stop sending mail? Happend a few weeks back since the software update and now won't send a thing. LIke I said I deleted the acount, set it up again, did a sync to my mac book, checked settings again and still it wont send mail. Received fine.
I've looked through the threads but cant find one for me/mac mail on the iphone with same problemI spoke with Apple Support this morning and they believe anything MobileMe related is due to the conversion over to iCloud that's taking place.
As for other email clients, check with your host to see if settings have changed on their end. I use inmotionhosting.com and over the weekend the updated their outgoing requirements so that a password authentication is now needed.
