I am having a problem with check boxes showing as all selected after downloading as a pdf after individual submits their form with just a few actually selected.
The forms themselves don't have all the boxes checked when viewed in FormsCentral. It is only after I download it as a pdf that the problem occurs. I have to check and uncheck each box in the FormsCentral in order to not have that occur. Any suggestions?

I am having same problem with apple tv need 4.4 version and can not find solution this a brand new product out of box yesterday why would it not already have updated version. I am having major problems with my track pad on my macbook pro. Even though my settings haven't changed...my trackpad is no longer responding as it did before. The left hand corner no longer clicks when I press it and my personal commands which I set up in preferences no longer seem to be workin. Please help!
Some websites have an internal mute or volume setting. If that's not the issue, see below.
From the Safari menu bar, select
Safari ▹ Preferences... ▹ Privacy ▹ Remove All Website Data...
and confirm. Close the window. Then select
▹ System Preferences… ▹ Flash Player ▹ Advanced ▹ Delete All...
In the sheet that opens, check the box marked
Delete All Site Data and Settings
then click Delete Data. Close the preference pane. -
Having a problem with character styles in indesign
I'm having another problem with my style sheets in indesign, I've now got an awful lot of styles in paragraph and character styles. I've created different styles for paragraph justified text and when I go to my style in paragraph styles to use tight text copy, character styles always overides it so it means I have to do whole lot of extra formatting just to put it right. Does anyone have an idea how I can stop character styles overiding paragraph styles? Thanks very much.
Perhaps your character styles apply more than you actually want? I.e., rather than just "+Italic" it also applies custom tracking. You should use character styles only to override the stuff you really want to change.
You can check by calling up the definition for those character styles; the huge "Style Settings" text box lists all the attributes it changes. -

There is no need to download anything to solve this problem.
You may have installed one or more of the common types of ad-injection malware. Follow the instructions on this Apple Support page to remove it. It's been reported that some variants of the "VSearch" malware block access to the page. If that happens, start in safe mode by holding down the shift key at the startup chime, then try again.
Back up all data before making any changes.
One of the steps in the article is to remove malicious Safari extensions. Do the equivalent in the Chrome and Firefox browsers, if you use either of those. If Safari crashes on launch, skip that step and come back to it after you've done everything else.
If you don't find any of the files or extensions listed, or if removing them doesn't stop the ad injection, ask for further instructions.
Make sure you don't repeat the mistake that led you to install the malware. It may have come from an Internet cesspit such as "Softonic" or "CNET Download." Never visit either of those sites again. You might also have downloaded it from an ad in a page on some other site. The ad would probably have included a large green button labeled "Download" or "Download Now" in white letters. The button is designed to confuse people who intend to download something else on the same page. If you ever download a file that isn't obviously what you expected, delete it immediately.
Malware is also found on websites that traffic in pirated content such as video. If you, or anyone else who uses the computer, visit such sites and follow prompts to install software, you can expect more of the same, and worse, to follow. Never install any software that you downloaded from a bittorrent, or that was downloaded by someone else from an unknown source.
In the Security & Privacy pane of System Preferences, select the General tab. The radio button marked Anywhere should not be selected. If it is, click the lock icon to unlock the settings, then select one of the other buttons. After that, don't ignore a warning that you are about to run or install an application from an unknown developer.
Still in System Preferences, open the App Store or Software Update pane and check the box marked
Install system data files and security updates (OS X 10.10 or later)
or
Download updates automatically (OS X 10.9 or earlier)

I had the same problem last night. Boot into OSX and reboot the router - fine. Boot into Windows and wrong. Here were my fixes:
Firstly, I kept all the settings on my router solid. Just leave them as they are. Boot into OSX and check the Network settings and make a note of your IP address and the router's IP address.
Second, boot into Windows, then open up your wireless connection settings and navigate through to the properties where you can set the IP address.
Third: Set the IP address to your routers IP address changing the last set of digits to a value between 5 and 255 (I have 8 devices so I set the last two digits to 10.) This will keep the IP static.
Tab through the Mask settings to default those.
Then set the default gateway to your router's IP address.
Check that the Network Adapter's setting has IPv6 disabled (uncheck the box)
Finally: Set the primary DNS server to 8.8.8.8 then the secondary to 8.8.4.4 and then reboot the router.
That's what got my connection running. -

I am having a problem with playback in Final Cut 6.0.6 of 1920x1080 60p footage.
I transcoded MTS files shot on a Sony NEX FS100 into Apple Pro Res mov files but the
playback stutters in Final Cut and QTime making it impossible to edit. Is this because the files
are just so big the computer is having a problem processing them? If so what should I edit in to preserve the
best quality?

Thanks LuciYou might consider running diskwarrior on your drive (alsoft.com). And run diskutility, repair disk. A corruption of the drive could cause problems. Also, drive speed starts to fall sharply as the drive gets full. Make sure you have a minimum of 10% free space on the drive. You might also get a utility to check the speed of the drive. I think Aja has one.
Also, do you have anything else connected to the firewire bus? If so, try disconnecting it. You might also try disconnecting ethernet and turning off your airport. Resetting your fcp preferences couldn't hurt.

I am having a problem with the FireFox browser. I have attached two files that best describe the problem. I have labeled them A & B. A is the way it should look and B is what happens after I have I opened several tabs. I can get it back to normal if I click on VIEW than click on customize. When the customize window appears FireFox returns to its normal state. I than click on the done box and go back to what I have been doing. I tried resetting FireFox back to default settings, but that did not correct the problem.

I am having a problem with my 2009 Macbook Pro . A few weeks ago I plugged it into the charger after running it down to reserve battery power. It appeared to be charging, but then all of a sudden my clock and calender reset to year 2000 and then my computer blacked out and went dead. I tried to boot it up but nothing happened (literally nothing). I have tried 3 different chargers on it, but all I get is a faint green light and even after hours it still won't boot up. I have tried replacing the battery, but still nothing happens.
Any Ideas? I am pretty desperate to get my computer back up and running before school finals.You may have to see if an authorized Apple service specialist can check over
the charging system (magsafe dc-in board, power adapter, and MacBook/Pro)
and test or run a diagnostic on it, to be sure there is no damage or failed parts.
When you attached the adapter to charge the computer, after it said it was going
to reserve power, did you shut down open applications and stop using the MB/Pro?
That would've been the thing to do, since the margin of run-time near the bottom
of the power cycle can be wrong by the gauge estimate, it can just quit.
While I have not researched your year/model/series in detail, I do know some
models of Apple portable computers have a small battery or capacitor on the
logic board, separate from the main power battery; it may need replacement.
A service provider w/ Apple training & parts would be a likely resource to fix it.

I am having a problem with Windows Fusion installed on a MacBook.
I am having a problem with Windows Fusion installed on a MacBook OS 10. When attempting to use a Browser, (either IE, or Chrome), under Windows Fusion, I cannot browse to ANY page except Gmail.com.
I checked all security settings, and found no problem. Neither browser will allow me to do ANYTHING other than go to Gmail.com!!!
I am not sure if I have some virus on my Windows side, because Google and Safari both work perfectly on my Apple side, just not when running Windows Fusion.
Is there some setting I am missing, or do you think I have malware/virus issues?? My Internet connection is DEFINITELY working fine - I can send, receive, open, and close all my email on Gmail only, and can navigate freely on Gmail, but cannot get to any other site even hyperlinked to Gmail.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you've already tried my previous suggestions, it may be that something has tampered with the DNS settings in your Windows VM, which might bypass the settings your Mac uses. Assuming you're using Windows 8, these instructions explain how to check and change the DNS settings. There's also a link in those instructions listing a variety of suggested DNS settings. If you do try changing the settings, record what the settings currently are in case you want to return to them. -

this is all greek to me. WHAT IS STARTTLS? On the first page of Apple set up there is a TLS certificate and it is marked NONE- should I change it to the long APPLE CERT option? The next page under ADVANCED: THERE IS A BOX SSL MARKED. Then IMAP Path Prefix - I put stmp.gmail.com.. is that right? Port 993 can use this one? as 456 doesn't work and 587 said it wasn't safe. Under AUTHENTICATION I used PASSWORD. Should I have used external client cert TLS?

I am having a problem with email. I can receive and send, but when I delete, the deleted messages return into either Trash or Bin or both whether or not I have deleted them from my PC.
The only way I can get rid of them permanently, is to go into my area of my providers site(Sky) and empty all of the boxes there. I imagine it's a setting, please advise.For IMAP mail only.

Just installed Lion and the Magic TrackPad and I am having a problem with one click commands. I have to hit the pad fairly hard with one finger to get it to accept the command. Is this normal, is there another way that I am suppose to execute commands?
No you just need to turn on Tap to Click. Go into System Preferences - Trackpad and click the Point to Click tab and select the first box which will say Tap to Click and you should be in business.

Having serious problems with DPS
So I posted earlier and had few reponses, but the problem has now escalated into something even more frustrating and problematic.
Before, I was having issues where updated articles would not show us updated in the slide out and drop down contents. This is still a problem. I have done everything to try and correct this from deleting and reuploading the article, to archive/redownload, and the only thing that has worked is starting a new folio which I think is rediculous. I have a 300mb file with over 40 articles, to have to make another folio would be absurd....anyone know how to fix this?
NOW however, I'm having further problems with formatting and effects. For example, when I preview my folio on the iPad, I have two articles which have outer glows, even though they are not present in the actual document. I have deleted and reuped the document and article and.same as above and nothing. Even after archiving and redownloading the folio (300 mb folio which again is becoming rediculous) the portrait version got rid of the outer glow, but the landscape version still has an outer glow.
Anyone know why this would be happening and how to fix it? I haven't had a problem until yesterday. I have done everything including reset my iPad and it has not helped.Have you verified that you've updated the article in Folio Builder Panel? Make sure to save the portrait and landscape versions of your InDesign document and then select the article in FBP and say update. Also, check and make sure you aren't accidentally looking at a folio that's been fully published (no blue stripe in the library). If you're looking at a published folio you also have to remember to go to Folio Producer and click update so the updates are pushed to the production servers.
