Then all I can suggest is that you double check your serial number. If you registered your software you can check your account on Adobe and double check to make sure you have the number right.

I know what you are saying. I had purchased the CS5.5 upgrade, and a week later got the CS6 upgrade. I did this back in 2012. I had a old Mac Power PC which does not allow you to install CS5.5 or CS6 because it was not an intel processor. So even though I had the upgrades I never installed them. I waited until my old MAC died which it did this past weekend. And now that I have a new iMac I tried to install the new software. All of my past upgrades referenced my original Photoshop that was still resident on my old Mac. But since the install no longer has that reference because of the new computer, it will not accept any of my past serial numbers that it needs for the install.

You haven't mentioned which version of PSE. If it is PSE 13, that requires a minimum of windows 7.

I have a DVD Acrobat Pro 9. I upgraded laptops and trying to install but the DVD is not readable. How can I get a new DVD or Download Acrobat Pro 1. The product is registered and I have the serial number. PS: Contacting Adobe on this issue is impossible... direct support stinks.
Download AA 9 Pro from http://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-downloads.html. Make a new backup for your archive. You might also take the DVD to your library to see if it is a drive problem. You might also carefully clean the DVD with water and soap (do not use anything that would scratch the surface or you have destroyed it for sure) and see if that solves the problem. This is particularly an issue if you have finger prints or other crud on the DVD. However, it could also be a bad drive as I mentioned. Hopefully the download solves your problem in any case (I would backup the download to CD and/or backup HD).

Moving Lightroom to a new computer
This question arises from my use of Lightroom, but the answer might apply to all licensed Adobe products. I have CS2, Elements 4, and Lightroom for the MAC.
I have just acquired an Intel-based iMac running OS 10.5.1. I want to move all my photography applications to the new computer. What is the best method, considering that I am moving them from a PowerPC processor system (Powerbook G4) to an Intel iMac?
Should I reinstall from scratch? Is there some restriction on having it on two computers? If so, I want each program on my new computer and am willing to remove it from the old one. Can I move the .app file from one computer to the new one, or must I re-install?Robert-
I would first backup everything and then launch "Migration Assistant" from your Utilities folder, and launch the PPC in Target mode (hold down the T key on boot)- it's easy from there.

I don't know if your version of Elements or CS2 are Universal (meaning they will run on both PPC and Intel chips) or not, but give it a go, as I suspect they are. If not, just delete and install fresh. -
I'm really desperate. I used to publish to a blog directly from iWeb, then I discontinued it. When I made the switch to iCloud, I wasn't worried because I knew my files would always be there. However, once I got a new computer, I transferred all the old files to an external hard drive and I thought everything would work just fine. Well, it didn't Neither can I open iWeb nor can I find my files.
Can anyone help me please?New Macs have not shipped with iWeb for over 2 years and Apple has not sold or supported iWeb for at least 2 years now - Apple stopped selling it and dropped support for it when MobileMe was ditched in favour of iCloud which does not offer hosting.
If you want iWeb, then you will need to have a look at your old installation CD's for your old Mac and see if iWeb is on these and you can then install it from there or if you don't have these CD's any longer, then you'll have no option but to purchase a copy of either iLife 09 or iLife 11 from Amazon - these boxed sets both contain iWeb 09, which is the latest version of iWeb.
Other than this and as you have not done your blog for sometime, perhaps you should consider re-creating it from scratch with a software that is actively supported and updated - that is NOT iWeb any longer.
You could try using WordPress, either .com or .org - .org is good if you already have hosting and you can install WordPress directly onto your server. If you want something free, then you could use WordPress.com which is then published on the WordPress servers.
You could also take a look at EverWeb from Rage Software, which is very new and is very like iWeb with all the extras, such as drop down menus etc. Take a look at http://www.everwebapp.com.
As for your files, it sounds that when you say files, these might be the published files for your site, if you went into iWeb and published them to a local folder? This is not a backup and even if you could find these files, then iWeb will not be able to open them because it has no import facility, so cannot open an already published site - html and css files.
What you need is your domain.sites files which can be found under your User Library/Application Support/iWeb/domain.sites.
I would cut your losses and if you don't have iWeb, then don't bother paying for software that is now outdated and unsupported - move onto to something new and re-create everything in either WordPress or EverWeb. -
Last night i was downloading the new update for the Iphone4 on my laptop through Itunes. After the download was done, it was starting to install, and then an error came up and didnt get a chance to check it. Now my Iphone is stuck on the screen with the USB pointing to the Itunes Icon and wont do anything else. Any advice on how to get this fixed, or do i need to go to the Apple store and have them look at it.

I actually figured this out by myself. lol
If you hold down shift while pressing the "restore Iphone" button on Itunes it gives you the option to restore from anywhere you want to. So I went into my Itunes folder under AppData and Iphone Software backup and I restored my iphone from a backup. I'm selling my Iphone 4 right now and buying an HTC One or an LG G2. -
