I am not able to attach my Robohelp 10 license key to my Adobe account. It tells me it is an invalid license key.

Several times now, I have chosen the option to activate the product and proceed to login with my Adobe account and enter the license key and it registers the product, but after a couple days it will show me the start screen again indicating I'm in a trial phase asking my if I want to continue the trial or license the product. When I login to my Adobe account I find that the Robohelp 10 product license detail I provided is not displayed, so it's not retaining the license key in my Adobe account. My companies IT department has confirmed the license key they have provided is valid. Any one have any ideas?

In addition to what others have offered, note that it's an age old conundrum that we find ourselves typing the digit 1 instead of the upper case letter I or lower case L and the letter O for the digit 0. So you might carefully scrutinize what you were given as opposed to what you were typing.

The upload field for final signed document in the contract document is visible only for the latest/last contract document if there are more than one contract document exist in the Master Agreement.
For the previous contract documents, not able to attach final signed document (i.e) the upload field is invisible.This scenario is occuring only in few master agreements, mostly found in Legacy agreement types.But for newly created legacy agreements this scenario is not occuring.Please help me in finding out why the upload field is visible only for the last/latest and not for the previous ones.

Not able to attach Policies to documents

Hi all,
I have installed both LiveCycle Policy Server and LiveCycle Document Security on my machine.I created few organinzational polices using the Policy Server web pages.Now when I write a code to attach these policies to documents,I get an error.This is the method I used.There is an error authenticating this user.This is the default administrator to the policy server.

I am able to log into Policy Server with this userID and password.But i am not able to attach policies.There is nothing wrong with the permissions as this is the super administrator account.As soon as i run this code,the check the events list in the policy server and this is wat it gives me:
Failed Login
Authentication failed for userid ???????
Am I missing out on something?

If you are using the Policy Server administrator account as the user attempting to apply the policy, this will fail. You must use a "regular" policy server user account to apply policies.
It looks like you may be using the wrong account:

Try using the same account that you are using in your code (applyPolicy ) in Acrobat to apply the policy. If it fails, then you know there is an issue with the user account that you are using.

I need more information to solve your issue. I can attach files just fine using Safari.
Have you tried another browser such as Firefox?
Is system up to date? Run Software Update to make sure and update if needed.

Not able to attach library

Hi All,
I have a problem with webutil, I attached the webutil library and complied the form on local machine running OC4J, then later I tranfered the complied version on machine running Application Server 9.0.4.
The form is running fine on local machine but through App. server its not able to attach the webutil library and in error it mentions the path of local machine where is I didn't keep the path while attached the webutil.
Any clue ?
I suspects its the jre installation or signing of the webutil, but how can I make sure ?

You cannot attach them in a mail.
But, you can do this.
1. Go to the document.
2. Tap on share button.
3. There should be an option "Mail"
4. Tap on it and attach.
Note:
1. If you are checking your mail in browswer - this does not work.
2. You cannot attach it to the mail you are currently composing.

Sorry, that was not an authorization issue. how ever I could solve the problem...
--> I have checked the logs from Dev_icm and that displayed there is a problem connecting the system and IXOS is not allowing any HTTP connections.
-->The problem was with IXOS system, the file system was full in that server and those were cleared.
--> Once the spawner and ORacle DS service were resatrted the IXOS server was normal and in SAP now user were able to attach the documents using So01.

Business System in XI not able to attach Receiver/Sender interfaces.

I understand the difference between Business System and a Business Service (as I can read sap help and the previous posts on this subject thankyou).
I have a 3rd Party Warehouse system (Manhattan).
I have defined this in the SLD and imported this into XI as a Business System. As that seemed like the correct way rather than simply just defining it as a Business Service.
I have used this in various configurations and it seems fine.
But check this out.
If in XI Configurator you go into the Business System it is not possible to attach Receiver and Sender Interfaces to it like you would for a Business Service. This means that everytime you want to use an Interface you have to do a search all instead of just being able to picking it up off the ones defined against the System (like you can for a Business Service).
This is a little annoying and I wonder if I am doing something wrong.

So how do I assign my SWCV to a Technical System in the SLD?
While configuring technical system in sld it will ask about the details of product and its software component version.
Maybe these steps may help you.
Choose New Technical System.
The browser displays the screen Technical System Wizard in a separate window.
       2.      Select Third-Party, and then choose next.
       3.      Enter the system name and the host name of the system, and then choose Next.
The browser displays all the registered SAP product versions in the list Available Products.
       4.      Select the SAP products that are installed in the third-party system, and then choose Add.
On the lower part of the screen, the browser displays a list of all the software components that are contained in the selected products.
Repeat this step as many times as necessary until you have added all products.
To remove a product, select it in the list, and then choose Remove.
You can add more products to this system at a later stage.
       5.      Select the software components that are actually installed in the system.
       6.      Choose Finish.
The SLD server has now registered the new third-party system.

Not able to attach the scanned document with Interaction Record in SAP-CRM

Hi Experts,
I have a scanned document and I am trying to attach it with Activity in Interaction Record.
I maintained the document ID refering to scanned document in table TOA01 with interaction record guid; however the attachment gets displayed in SAP-CRM GUI but i am not able to see the attachment in SAP-CRM GUI.
Please help if someone has encountered a similar issue or propose a way to attach the document with acitivity in interaction record.

I am not able to understand your requirement correctly. Are you trying to attach the Document as a Attachment to the Interaction record (or) trying to attach it as a Archive Link Document??
If you could give me more info.. I think I will be able to assist you with this as I have worked in this area...

We are using SRM 5.0 classic scenario. While creating SC we trying to attach the document by uploading it but we are not able to do so. It does not give any error as well. Just the page refreshes and no link to document is available.

Hi Darshan,
Its not clear from your message that whether the Documents and attachments functionality in shopping cart was working before or not.
However for this functionality you need to activate the required service using SICF transaction.
Execute the SICF transaction and then drill down to doc server service under default_host  sap  ebp and then click on Service/Host in Menu and click on activate option to activate the service.
Once the service gets activated the greyed out service will become bold.
Only after that the documents can be attached in Shopping cart / P.O. using the Documents & Attachments node.
You can also restict the size and type of documents attached using BBP_ATT_CHECK BADI.
Please check the above mentioned settings and let us know in case of any issues / clarifications.
