I am on second ipad in 6 months, and this one has just stopped working can not turn it on have had it on charge all day but it is as dead as a dodo. it this common because i am ready to look at othe brands now!

i turned my ipad off on saturday night with 56% power went to turned it on Monday morning and there is no life in it!! this is the 2nd time it has happened to be fair Apple did replace the 1st one with this one in October last year but for it to happen again after only 3 months is rediculous. has anyone one else had the same problem?

IPad just stopped working; will not turn on

My iPad has suddenly stopped working. I picked it up this morning to read one of my newspaper apps and it won't turn on. The screen is completely blank. It was working normally last night. I thought maybe the battery had run out so I plugged it is to recharge but it still would not turn on. Do you think it might be the battery? I bought it in July. Thought the battery would last longer than that.

Thank HEAVENS!!!! I was crying about my ipad, i have done so much to protect it and as i'm walking out of class to my car (my ipad worked during my entire class) i pull it out of its carrying case and push the home button and NOTHING! but the power and home button for 10 seconds, i'm so happy!!! Try a reset. Hold the Sleep and Home button down for about 10 seconds until you see the Apple logo. Ignore the red slider.

repeat 3 times and wait to see if 5 green flashes while plugged in
after 5 flahes, leave it plugged in for 90 minutes and it should boot up. if not hold power button down for 20 seconds and try again.

Is it possible your daughter abused the device? If it gets dropped, even in a damage proof case, it is a shock to the iPad. Most survive, but if it happens often, it might be a problem.
Charging often, not completely, leaving in charger while in use a lot?
Leaving the iPad in a hot car, or freezing the iPad?

I leave work at 4:30 pm with my ipad working properly... i put it in my bag and leave it at home. Next morning it wont even open not at all. It is not even detected by the computer or by itunes...
Itunes help has not helped...

Reset the iPad by holding down on the sleep and home buttons at the same time for about 10-15 seconds until the Apple Logo appears - ignore the red slider - let go of the buttons.

This is a copy of ONEof the keys in the registry I changed as told by Apple support today. I also have changed others as instructed by GEAR software support to manually delete GEAR drivers (that I had installed but couldn't delete some of the others they mentioned from Windows system 32. Then some bright spark at work told me I need the Gear drivers so I downloaded the software and installed again.

Airplay on iPad has just stopped working with Apple TV2

As of today, Airplay on my iPad with Apps that were working (eg TED, ABC iView) transmitting video and sound to Apple TV2 has ceased working. When the Airplay logo on the iPad app is pressed it remains white, not changing to blue as it normally does.

I was using my iPad this morning and my internal speakers just stopped working when I tried to turn my nighttime playlist on. Does anyone know what I should do?

I was listening to music this morning and the speakers on my iPad were working perfectly fine. Then I opened my iSleep App and used it to turn on my nighttime playlist and my alarm clock and my speakers weren't working. I tried restarting it (twice) and it didn't work.
I plugged my headphones in and sound still comes out. And I don't listen my music all the way or for very long, so I'm pretty sure the speakers didn't blow out.
Does anybody what the problem is?
