I am trying to enter my password and it HAS NOT been changed and it says it's wrong. Then I try to click the 'forgot password' button and when i submit my email it says internal fatal error. What do I do?

When I try to download and app / when I am trying to view my account on itunes, it says my password is wrong. However when I signed in to do this help thing , it had no problem. what do i do now?

I have 2 accounts, one in Canada, one in USA and none can connect...

If resetting the iPad doesn't help, try these things.
Quit the App Store app completely and restart the iPad. Go to the home screen first by tapping the home button. Double tap the home button and the task bar will appear with all of your recent/open apps displayed at the bottom. Tap and hold down on any app icon until it begins to wiggle. Tap the minus sign in the upper left corner of the app that you want to close. Tap the home button or anywhere above the task bar. Restart the iPad.

If that fails, try downloading something in iTunes. There is free content in there so find something that you don't have to pay for and download it. If that works, try the App store again.

I click the import cd button and Itunes goes through the motion of copying and importing the cds, but the songs are not in my music library. I have searched everywhere to find where these cds might be, but to no avail. Could really use some help here. Never used to have this problem.

Are they in the relevant artist & album folders when you look via Windows Explorer. If so something may have gone wrong with the index of the Music playlist. Download the current iTunes Free Single of the Week. I know it sounds odd, but it should fix the problem.
If that doesn't work close iTunes and delete the hidden file sentinel from inside the main iTunes folder, then start iTunes again. It should run a consistency check when it starts up.

After deleting the backups, go back to Settings>iCloud>Storage & Backup and make sure iCloud Backup is set to On (if not, turn it on).

unfortunately the do_not_trust certificates might be a sign of unwanted software present on your pc that is intercepting secure network traffic. please go into the system control panel and uninstall programs like BrowserSafeguard, BrowserSafe, SafeGuard or other software that sounds suspicious and didn't get installed by you intentionally.

Were you starting the control panel from disk as administrator because it didn't work starting it through the Start menu (if you have Control Panel set to View by Category, the Java control panel is under "Programs").

I have followed the steps to try a hard reset by holding down just the sleep/wake button or that and home button till the slidder bar showes which is not happening it has the lock symbol in the middle top screen of the red bar so i cant even get it to unlock.... any suggestions on how to shut this thing off so i can get it into recovery mode to reset it?

Try placing the iPod in ecovery mode and then restoring the iPod via iTunes. For recovery mode see:

My organisation would like to use the PDF signing facility that comes with Adobe Reader. Users will be working on Windows 8.1 touchscreen devices and they will ask clients to sign documents using a stylus on the screen. I have been asked how we would know if the PDF has been changed after it has been signed.

I have heard of this possibly happening after insurance claims but nothing coming from a sealed box. I'm so frustrated by this as my touch screen doesn't work sometimes and this is causing big problems trying to answer calls. I have only had the phone since August. I set the phone up myself from the sealed box and its never been away from me, never have I had to send the phone away for repair or insurance claim.
