I am not really sure why "netflix" lead me to you at Apple unless my Iphone being plugged into my compt. had something to do with it?
But here is the problem:
I turned on one of 'netflix' movies, it took awhile and the following messege popped up:
*Not supported by Visual Machine.
New Graphics Drivers May Be Required.
Graphic Card Manufacturer: check with them.................which i did go to their web site and they were NO Help at all! ( i have a view sonic monitor, VG930m) they couldn't even find it...
The second paragraph read like this:

The error code was at the bottom and read as follows:

I am stumped,, I've worked on this for almost a week, and I'm getting no where... If anyone is able to help me out on this I would be ever so grateful as my mother who is 84 yrs old had a third massive stroke. Just tried setting up bootcamp on 2014 MacPro 13" laptop. Computer now boots to white screen before going to black screen with curser in upper left corner. Can anyone get me back to Mac operating system so I can start over again?

I have been trying to install window 7 operating system through booth camp assistant, i will finish all the stages for window to complete installation it will hook. the installation cannot be able to complete and i really install windows on it, please i need an assistance on how to go about it.
Right now I have 6 different systems installed. Windows XP, 7, and 8 plus Linux Mint, Commodore, and OS X Snow Leopard (for old times sake), all running on Mountain Lion.
I recommend reading the user manual as it greatly helps getting through the steps, however an intuitive person should pick it up fairly easily.

Access denied error while trying to install graphics drivers
Hello,
I have a new toshiba laptop P70-A. I have installed windows 7 and the pc was working excellent up until now. Noticed yesterday that the nvidia automated system failed to install the new update. When I tried to install the new driver manually, even from the
device manager, I got the access denied message.
A day now wasted reading all the possible causes and solutions but with no luck. Read all the forums and all the posts, tried almost everything. Below youll find everything I tried as a solution and failed.
1.Disabled UAC
2.Enabled the administrator account and trying to take control from there
3.Run the subinacl and the reset.cmd
4.Tried manually to take control the folder windows (and access denied while changing the rights)
5. Scanned the system with everything there is available ( Kaspersky, MalwareBytes, RegCurePro, Tuneup Utilities, CCleaner) The system came out clean.
6. Tried restoring the system to an earlier time (got again access denied error code 0x80070005)
7. Checked all the group policies (all seem to be fine)
8. Run a script to take immediate ownership over all of C:

Thanks for the replies, i much appreciate it. I tried all of the above with no luck again. Safe mode allows me though to install drivers but thats reverting the moment im entering windows. Im always running commands and programs as a administrator or in
the Admin enabled account.
It seems the problem is solved today. Via tune up utilities I disabled most of the startup programs and services and it seems that 1 service is causing this issue. Although I havent played much with the disabled services but 3 remain to be checked. One of
the three is causing this.

So I recently installed Photoshop Elements 7 and it BSOD's right after opening.
I read that graphics drivers can be an issue so I tried two NVidia drivers (The newest and one a few months old). No difference.
The windows event log didn't show anything that stood out except the "was not shut down properly" warnings
I had it installed on the same hardware before but I did a complete reformatting of the hard drive (had virus problems), so hardware isn't likely the issue.

Intel D525
Nvidia ION2 integrated GPU (latest driver installed)
Samsung Solid State Hard Drive 64gb

Trying to update Graphics drivers...and others

I am having a few issues with my laptop. Think I need to upgrade the graphics drivers. Possibly update other things as well. Doesn't seem like it's any of the basic "Windows Updates" either. When I download the Intel driver update, it tells me I need to go to the computer manufacturer...which of course is Toshiba...instead of thru them.
Any guidance? How do I update the graphic drivers and check for other updates, drivers or whatever else, for my Toshiba laptop?

I have several questions but my most current one is how can I find a printer that is compatible with my current operating system?Brother is good about supporting older Mac OS versions. We have their HL5250DN b/w laser that supports all the post-1997 Macs in the house, including a 1998 vintage Beige G3 minitower running OS 10.3.9. There is also a driver with OS9 support on the Brother web site.
The bigger problem, based on posts I see in these forums, is not a printer failing to support an older OS but one not supporting a new Mac OS. There are numerous posts after a big OS version change (like the intro of Lion) where people run out and buy whatever printer looks cute/sounds good without researching whether the device supports the new OS yet. Printer makers are often not good about having updated drivers developed by the time Apple rolls out a new OS. -

I'm trying to find my bookmarks.plst and can't find it anywhere. Any ideas?
So, I upgraded our OS and then upgraded the HD. I forgot somehow to transfer the bookmarks from my husbands user account. Now, I can't find them on the old disc. They are not in the library and there is no bookmarks.plst. Did lion change where they are stored? Hubby's getting stressed - I need to find them. HELP!
It's in your user's Library folder which Apple hides. To get to it go to the Desktop, hold the Option key down and then goto the Go menu -> Library. In the Safari folder you should see your Bookmarks.plist.
