I bought a bundle with 2 albums and a movie. I got the albums but no movie. I contacted Apple and the support team member told me to download the digital booklet and the movie will be included. I did and still no movie...
You should follow the link attatched, go to the bottom of the page, fill out the form, and wait up to 48 hours to receive the support via e-mail.

Already bought pages but I cant download it. It's asking to purchase the app gain
I just bought PAGES on my iPhone 4 but when I downloaded it it said the app is too big and I needed wifi. I got connected to wifi and tried downloading the app again. Then the app said i need to purchase it again. I checked my bank account and the purchase was made. Is there anyway I can solve this problem? I'd hate to pay for this app again. Thank you
Look in your "purchased" list in the app store If it is in there, you just hit the Cloud button to download again.
If it is not there, I would then raise it with app store support.

Bought an album - only part of it recognized by iTunes
Hi,
I just bought an album, all tracks downloaded, but iTunes only shows 10 of the 17 tracks. The files are on the hard disk, and dragging them into iTunes in hopes it would re-read them did not help. I also deleted them out if iTunes and dragged all files back in, still: it only shows 10 of the 17 tracks.
What the heck?When you click on Purchased in your library, do the missing tracks show up there? If so, perhaps the tags are messed up somehow and the tracks are hiding somewhere else in your library.

Cant download bought itunes movie
I bought an itunes movie a couple days ago but my internet got disconected, so now my internet is back on I dont know how to download it I know where the file is in my itunes media folder but i click download and it does not do anything. Any soulutions?
If you can't find it try telling your itunes to check for downloads.
It should come up in the list of things to download.
You have to be signed in to check for downloads though.

I have pre-bought an album for a March 25 release. But a single has been released from the album and i cant seem to download it, its says $0.99. Do i need to buy the single aswell? Shouldnt I have access to the song becasue i already pre-bought the album?

Here is some helpful information regarding preorder albums in iTunes. I would recommend checking to see if you can download the single directly from the preorder album as some artists release a single that is separate from the album and will be a different purchase.
