My iPod 4 brand new charger won't show the charging sign and won't connect to a computer. I have went to the Apple Store and bought the charger but it still won't work. What do I do?

I recently got a brand new charger from my local Apple Store. When I got home and plugged it into my charger on my computer nothing happened. It chargesbut it doesn't show the charging sign or make the sound that says its charging. It takes my iPod touch at least 4-5 hours to fully charge. I would just like some tips on what to do. I bought creative suite production cs6from Adobe and I have downloaded all the programs. However CS6 premier Pro does not open. A message says to upgrade mt video driver. This I have done but it still will not open. Please help Brian Dowdall

I have the CS6 production suite. All the programs work except Premier Pro. It starts but tells me I need to upgrade my video software, which I have done.

Hi All, thank you for you suggestions. I have been unable to find any website for the maker, but have looked at several Thai/cambodian sites incl <http://www.buycoms.com/Article/8435/index.asp> which mentions the keyboard being suitable for tablet or windows. No mention of iMac! although the box is branded to indicate Mac compatable.
I'm thinking that maybe it just will not pair with an iMac.
Ill keep looking for the maker website, which might come on later in the future? maybe?

My ipod screen doesnt work whats happening? when i screen shot i can hear the sound it makes but th escreen doent turn white and when i put it on the charger you hear the sound it makes when you plug it in

After that i pressed the button on the top and continued to watch tv. i heard my Facebook alert come up so i tried to turn it back surprizingly screen remianed black. i tried to screenshot and you heard the sound it makes but no white flash so i put it on the charger and the regular charging alert came on but the screen remained black. i got my ipod a few weeks ago an i dont understand whats happaning could someone help me please

- Reset the iOS device. Nothing will be lost

If it's a store's demo model then as far as I know only Apple can potentially change it's iOS version to a non-demo version - you've tried Settings > General > Reset > Erase All Content And Settings directly on the iPad ?
