So I call apple tech support, and I asked if they are going to fix the antenna problem? they told me that unfortunately this software update will NOT fix the antenna problem, they also recommended me to buy a bumper,really?! why are people so blind, to see its a hardware problem not a software?

I purchased every Iphone until now, I was complaining to ATT about dropped callls for years. Now apple confesses an error in signal strength problems. I think it will take years for them to confess about this, if at all. I won't buy another harware from them until they make this right and not push it under the rug

Is the address on your iTunes account exactly the same (format and spacing etc) as on your credit card bill : http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1646 ? If it is then you could try what it says at the bottom of that page :
If the issue persists, contact your credit card company and verify that they and any company they use to process credit card authorisations have the correct information on file.

How can I change the security questions on my account without calling Apple support?

Important to note that when I try to change it on the Password and Security page on My Apple ID, it keeps asking me to answer my security questions, which I can't remember the exact answer to.
I've also tried changing my Apple ID password, but then it still asks me to answer the questions before I change them.
Please help, I don't want to waste money by calling Apple Support on the other side of the world

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

When I go to App store and try to re-download - it comes up "Downloaded" - as in you alreadly have purchased it. Always before on other Apps, I just delete and repurchase and when it comes up OK. Currently my desktop is not connecting at all, Everytime I connect, it's states "We have now logged you out" and requests I login again.
I have of course rebooted,
Gone into taskmanager, killed all the relevant threads, tried again to login through the desktop, no luck, I'll have to uninstall it, make sure the threads are killed, then reboot it and then reinstall it, but I've not had the time to do that.
On another note, and just as a point of reference, myself, personally, I hate these "cloud" file repositories (not to be confused with adobe cloud services which I love) but the file repositories themselves imho, are a blackhole of resource usage when one doesn't/isn't using them,
Is there a way we can use it more of a "ftp" sort of thing, when I want to I can put files there? There is no way to "Download" the repository, no way to download the folders.. only individual files and then it takes I think three different steps before the download starts.. I find this very inhibiting. Just an fyi. for what it's worth.

Trying many ways to contact Apple, but looks like they are not contactable...

It's not very clear exactly what your problem is, but if it's to do with any sort of purchase other than in iTunes or renewal your best bet is to ring the Online Store at the number given at bottom left of this page.
If it's an iTunes purchase go to https://expresslane.apple.com ; select 'All Products and Services' in the first column, 'iTunes' in the second column and then 'iTunes Store' in the third column.

Hard to say they record EVERY call, they get a lot of calls every day. That is probably a general notice in case your call is one that is recorded. Personally, I think Apple's recording pretty much a non-issue.

How do you reset your security question answers if you have forgotten them? and don't want to call apple support

On my new iPhone 4S I cannot purchase songs in the iTunes Store app without answering my security questions.. Me being forgetful forget the answer which I made in 2010 and need to know the answers or reset them, but I do not wish to call apple support, what is the other option? Any way of resetting them? You will have to put it in recovery mode on a computer with itunes.

I see lots of questions about rescue emails etc. I am having problems with security questions as well I don't remember ever making those security questions either. So I am wondering of there is a way of making a rescue email address without calling the apple support team in which I do not wish to go through a whole bunch of people taking hrs to actually get it done , my dad has had experience with this before and isn't happy with calling them either because he has to recall so many times and go through the process over and over again so. Is there a way with out calling them?

This only leads me to calling apple support to change things ,in which I wish to not do so, I have money on my account in which I can't use because of these security questions in which I did not put up and when I made this account on iCloud it did not give me the chance to make a rescue email. AppleCare technicians: A second fix for screen flickering affecting the hardware is due within 3 weeks.
In a thread on the Apple Discussions forums that spans nearly 250 pages, users have begun to report conversations with AppleCare representatives who claim a new update is forthcoming. A month ago, Apple released a software fix for the flickering issue on the 27-inch iMac, but since then users have said it did not address the problem. One user, Dennis Murphy, said he was told that AppleCare technicians were issued a bulletin on Saturday that stated a fix would be released in about three weeks. The Apple employee was allegedly instructed to collect customer contact information so they can be reached when the fix is released.
"This would clearly explain the extended shipping times we're seeing," Murphy wrote on the forums.
Last week, Apple delayed shipment of new direct-order 27-inch iMacs by three weeks. Supply issues have persisted for months, with Apple in December apologizing for the delays.
Another poster, GuiltyVerdict, wrote Saturday that an Apple representative told them a combination software and driver patch is due in roughly three weeks. "This will reportedly resolve the issue of the screen flickering (it is not hardware causing the issue)," the user wrote.
The three weeks allegedly cited by AppleCare technicians would coincide with the existing three-week wait time for direct orders of 27-inch iMacs. However, when contacted by AppleInsider Monday, an Apple representative said the three-week delay was not related to any hardware issues. Instead, they said the company has had trouble meeting up with demand for the new system, as some components are in limited availability. Still others have indicated system's internal graphics card cable could be the culprit. User ferris666 said they spoke with a technician who said the problem with the cable could not be fixed with a firmware update, though the "simple fix" has been implemented in newly produced machines.
While most of the reports are tied to the 27-inch model, there are also users who have experienced the same symptoms with the 21.5-inch model. When it debuted in October, the new iMac was the best-selling desktop in the U.S. for the month. Various issues were reported quickly, though the screen flickering has remained for some time.

I am not the engineer that you requested, but I think that you are missing the boat with the question. The 27" iMac already accepts 1080p. Any new Mac with a mini-DisplayPort can connect with the 27" iMac with a simple and inexpensive m-DP to m-DP cable and drive the iMac's display at its full resolution, 2560x1440 pixels.
So if this is a bassackwards way of inquiring about why an XBox or some other device is limited to 720p, it is because the adapter (~US$150) used limits the resolution to 720p. If you use a scaler (~US$299), which has its own graphics chip, instead of an adapter, then it can drive the iMac's display at 1080p.

is calling apple support free or do they charge money? because i accidently installed MobileMe and I want to call and ask how to uninstall it. And also, if it's safe to uninstall "Bonjor" and "Apple Mobile Device if I use iPhone.

Depending on your country there might be a fee for the phone call and the support, if you're not under warranty anymore or have an Apple Care Protections Plan for your device.
