I can't get my iPhone 4 to turn on. I was using it, at full battery, and then later it wouldnt turn on. What do I do? I tried all the things that have been said...
I seriously have tried everything, from turning it on to plugging in the charger... It WON"T TURN ON and I am freaking out.
RESET DEVICE
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the home button together until the apple logo appears (ignore the ON/OFF slider) then let both buttons go and wait for device to restart (no data will be lost).

i understand that the text box and the people picker hold multiple user names and you want to grant user permission based on the user in the text box.
I have a test based on your description,the results are: When there are multiple users in the text box, the workflow will throw an error'Error Occurred'.It is the same with the people picker column.
You need to limit the peopel picker to only allow to select one user,in this way the text box will only hold one user.Then you can use the people picker or the text box to grant user permission.

While it is not possible to directly print your iTunes account purchase history within the iTunes Store, you can take a screnshot of your purchase history on your computer, and then print that screenshot.

FaceTime is not working on my iPad. I've updated my iPad to the latest version of I0S and tried all the things that come up when I do a Google search. Any ideas? Thanks

Please follow the steps:
1. Turn off the iMessage and FaceTime.
2. If your tel # are not yet addeded to your contact list please do so. Make sure that you select iPhone not mobile.
3. Change your My Info(Settings>Mail,Contacts,Calendar>My Info) by selecting your created contact.
4. Go to Setting>Phone. Check if your number is reflected in My Number. Then turn on your Show My Caller ID and also the International Assist.
5. make sure that your apple ID are login in Store under Settings.
6. Once your done, close all apps using the double tapping of home button.
7. Hard reset your iPhone.
8. After your iPhone boot. Check if you have Internet connection and then turn on your FaceTime then iMessage.
9. Activate by logging in your apple ID.
10. Done and enjoy the features of IOS5.Is it off in Settings>Messages?
Is the Date & Time correct on your iPhone? if not, it won't be able to make secure connections.
Try testing on another Wi-Fi network.

• Auto-renew may be turned off by going to your Account Settings after purchase and must be turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

I am unable to connect my Macbook air, iPhone or iPad though bluetooth. I have tried all the suggestions I have read. i.e. toggle bluetooth on and off, turn devices on and off, forget devices and then pair. I seem to be able to pair but the devices immediately go to not connected and a message appears that reads: make sure devices are turned on and in range.
Pairing the phone with the car is one thing, but paring to the computer is not generally supported. Tethering is using the cellular data access from the phone for the other devices. It is part of Personal Hotspot. If you aren't aware of what it is, then it probably is something you do not use.
As far as the car is concerned, what is not working? Does the car not see the phone, or the phone see the car, or after you start to pair something fails? If you provide more information about the problem and what you have tried to do to correct it, then we can offer some solutions. What version of the iPhone, what iOS, and what year and make of vehicle? -
My iPhone 4 is using 4.3.3 and I want to update to iSO 6.1. I can back it up and it starts to download it through iTunes but then I get an error message 0xE8000067.
Tried all the things on the apple support site (checked USB port, deleted the 3 exe files in Task Manager, tried a new cable). None worked. Got the same message on my old computer.
Any ideas??Amazing help from apple support over the phone. Restoring the computer fixed the problem.

I have been a Quicken user for many years but have heard that the move to Yosemite is a Quicken nightmare - so I'm trying to research new software. I'm overwhelmed by the number of available programs, all the things that each program can do and perplexed by the arguments for and against each feature in each program.
My needs are relatively simple for my small business: 1) I need to be able to import years worth of Quicken data into the new program 2) I need to easily print checks 3) I need to easily reconcile my checking account each month and 4) I need to generate basic reports for my accountant (e.g. P & L statements, category summaries).
I have been a FileMaker user since 1.0 so I don't need (or want) A/R, A/P, inventory management, invoicing, etc.
I just need a solid, dependable electronic checkbook per above.

I would recommend you continue with Quicken Essentials. As noted by others, it performs well on Yosemite.
My personal experience is Quicken 2007 for Mac also on 10.7.5 (with many reports of it both updated and successfully running on Yosemite) and I personally would not touch Quicken Essentials with a 10 foot pole -- BUT, if it ain't broke for you, don't fix it! -
Hi all, just downloaded a security update on my new iphone 4S. The phone may be more secure but all the Aps icons have been downgraded in art quality why would this be. Before the download the phone looked the business definitely high end quality now it looks like a second rate cheapo. Please advise how to get the smart Aps icons back. Best regards SuttertonSteve

I presume the Mods are Apple sentinels but am I really a Troll just because I made a criticism of the new iOS version (even though I did not know I was actually doing that). Am I a Troll to you because you personally disapprove of criticism of the new iOS or is Troll used by the community to describe anyone who speaks up if they are not happy about a change. Just be sure to do a complete sync using iTunes and storing the backup locally on the computer. A local copy of every app will be stored, together with the rest of the stuff from the phone. Later, when you get the new phone, plug it in immediately with iTunes running: it will recognize that the phone is new and offer to restore from the stored backup. Those apps that don't get installed automatically as part of the restore, you can manually install from the local copy.
Works flawlessly on a Mac. I guess same thing should occur on a Windoze PC, but I don't sleep with the Enemy.
Edit: be sure the computer has enough juice to finish the restore. On another thread, a participant tried to do the above, computer died midway, screwed the process up.
