I can't login my iMessage and FaceTime on my MAC OS X

I have problems login in my FaceTime. Keeps on showing network problem and working fine on my iPhone.
But when i type-in a wrong info shows Apple id incorrect.
My iMessage take long and does not login. what should i do.

For some reason I can't no longer login on my iMessage account and FaceTime. I check my Apple I'd through the manage account and works perfectly fine. So I have iCloud set and working.
The error message I have is the username or password is incorrect, but as far as I know it should be the same as the one I use for iCloud. So I really don' t know what is going on. Any one can help?

Can not loggin the iMessage and FaceTime in Mac pro

I can not loggin the iMessage and FaceTime in my Mac pro, but I can use both of them on my Iphone and iPad.Is there anybody who can help me to solve this problem?

Cannot login to iMessage and FaceTime

After I installed Avast antivirus I was not able to login to imessage and facetime.
I tried resetting PRAM, booting in safe mode and removing invalid certificates from keychain
when i try to log in the program gives me the following message:
Could not sign in, please check your network and try again
everytime i try to login this message appears in the console
imagent: ApplePushService: Unable to bootstrap_look_up(com.apple.apsd): Unknown service name
I tried removing the com.apple.apsd.plist and restarting the computer but that didnt work either
PS: I already uninstalled Avast (with the provided uninstaller). Also, I can login to my imessage using another macbook in the same network.
I really don't want to reintall the os so any help is greatly appreciated.

Please read this whole message before doing anything.
Back up all data.
Quit Facetime and Messages if they're running.
Step 1
Hold down the option key and select
Go ▹ Library
from the Finder menu bar. Move the following items from the Library folder to the Trash (either may not exist):
Caches/com.apple.imfoundation.IMRemoteURLConnectionAgent
Containers/com.apple.FaceTime
Leave the Library folder open. Log out and log back in. Try FaceTime again. If it works now, stop here. Close the Library folder.
Step 2
In the Preferences subfolder, there may be several files having names that begin with any of the following strings:
com.apple.FaceTime
com.apple.imdsmsrecordstore
com.apple.imessage
com.apple.imservice
Move them all to the Desktop. There may also be a file with the name "com.apple.imagent.plist". Move that to the Trash.
Also in the Preferences folder, there's a subfolder named "ByHost". Open it and do the same thing.
Log out and log back in. Test again. This time FaceTime should perform normally, but your settings will be lost. You may be able to put back some of the files you moved to the Desktop in this step. Relaunch and test after each one. Eventually you should find one or more that causes FaceTime to malfunction. Delete those files and recreate whatever settings they contained.
If the issue is still not resolved, quit FaceTime again and put all the items you moved to the Desktop back where they were. You don’t need to replace the items you moved to the Trash. Stop here and post again.
If you later decide that you don’t like the results of steps 2 and 3, you can undo them completely by quitting FaceTime and restoring the items you deleted in those steps from your backup.

if the issue happens when you're trying to reach someone who doesn't have an appleid or is not connected, then it's normal.
also check in settings>general>date & time> and set automaticly ON, that's a problem with facetime and iMessage...

After reviewing your post, I have located an article that can help with iMessage and FaceTime. It contains a number of troubleshooting steps and helpful advice for the issue you are experiencing:
If you have difficulty activating FaceTime or iMessage - Apple Support
If you see "Could not sign in, please check your network connection and try again" when signing in to your Apple ID
To resolve this issue, follow these steps.
Update to the latest version of iOS.
Verify that you have a data connection by going to www.apple.com in Safari. You can complete Apple ID activation using Wi-Fi or a cellular data connection. If you need help connecting to Wi-Fi, follow these steps.
If you're using Wi-Fi, make sure that your local Wi-Fi network is using the recommended Wi-Fi settings.
Sign in to your account and ensure that the primary email address and alternate e-mail addresses have been verified. If verification is pending, follow the instructions in the email Apple sent to that email address to complete verification. Or remove the e-mail addresses from the account.
If your Apple ID isn't an email address, you can change it. The Apple ID that you're using to activate FaceTime or iMessage must be an email address. Find more information on how to change your Apple ID.
Tap Settings > General > Date & Time. Make sure that your iPhone is set to the correct time zone. If Set Automatically is on but the wrong time zone appears, turn Set Automatically off and choose the correct time zone, date, and time.
Enable iMessage and FaceTime while connected to a different Wi-Fi network (in a different location) if a cellular data connection is not available.
You can see that you've activated FaceTime and iMessage with your Apple ID by following these steps.

Why can't I activate iMessage and FaceTime with phone number?

Hi, I own an iPhone 4, recently I restored it and now I can't activate iMessage and FaceTime using my phone number.
I read and performed all the steps shown in apple troubleshooting article about activating iMessage and FaceTime and that didn't work either.
Before restoring the iPhone both iMessage and FaceTime were working just fine...
Why is that? What can I do?

Can't connect to iMessage and FaceTime

I'm using an iPhone 6 64gb.
I recently bought my phone. HHowever I seem to find some difficulty with my iMessage and FaceTime activation.
It keeps saying "waiting for activation" for both the iMessage and FaceTime.
And when I tried signing in using my Apple ID, tthey said that I could not sign in, please check network connection and try again.
I've tried the various tips given by some people, bit doesn't seem to work too.
This include rebooting my phone, switching on and off the airplane mode during iMessage activation.
Please help. I really need the iMessage especially.

I understand that you cannot log into iMessage or FaceTime on your Apple computer. Are you using a personal network or are you on a network that may be protected by a firewall? If you are on a network behind a firewall, this could be the issue. Please use the following article as a resource when trying to resolve this issue. Can't log into iMessage and FaceTime

Hi there.
I seem to be having a similar problem to a lot of people here where I get an error from both of these applications telling me to check my network and try again.
I have spent countless hours trawling the support forums and even spent an hour on the phone to apple support and nothing is working!!
I have a 2008 macbook alauminium unibody. 2.4ghz intel core 2 duo and 4gb ram, 250gb harddrive. It should be working! My brother has the exact same macbook as me and his facetime and imessage works perfectly well. I also have an iphone and ipod touch and both of these applications work on those on my wifi network. My flatmate has an imac running leopard which I can sign into facetime with but not on my mac.
Apple support put it down to my wifi provider but that can't be the problem if I can facetime and imessage from my iphone and ipod and the imac in the flat can use facetime!!!! Somebody please help!
Apple have been totally useless which i am very dissapointed with and I just can't sus it out!!!

On the cost I would have no idea.
It is supposed to be part of the process in replacing any of the main boards such as Graphics card or main Logic board (Or Motherboard in some older towers).
If you were the one that had the work done then you should have receipts and proof of what the Serial Number is and what work was done.
If the Mac is a refurb then who ever did that refurb should have "replaced" the Serial Number.
Failing you having any of those details you would just have to ask a Store or Apple Authorised Service Provider.

Help.. I still can't use my imessage and facetime with my iphone5 since i upgraded to IOS7

Had this problem when i Upgraded my ios to ios 7.. I tried troubleshooting using the solutions found on the web.. I had my network settings reset and it went okey.. But when i upgraded to 7.0.2.. The facetime and imessage problem is at it again.. Been really waiting for apple's next upgrade but to no avail still haven't heard anything from them.. I hope you can help me with this.. Thanks..
