I can't reset my security question and I forgot it. What can I do?

For some reason I have to put in my security answers but I forgot it and it won't let reset it either so I don't know what to do. Please help.

If you only have one security question, or if you have multiple questions and you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) on your account, then you should be able to reset it/them : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT6170
If you can't (you won't be able to add a rescue email address until you can answer your questions) then you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

You need to ask Apple to reset your security questions; ways of contacting them include clicking here and picking a method for your country, phoning AppleCare and asking for the Account Security team, and filling out and submitting this form.
They wouldn't be security questions if they could be bypassed without Apple verifying your identity.

If you have a rescue email address (which is not the same thing as an alternate email address) set up on your account then steps 1 to 5 on the page that you posted from should let you reset them : go to https://appleid.apple.com/ and click 'Manage your Apple ID' on the right-hand side of that page and log into your account, then click on 'Password and Security' on the left-hand side of that page and on the right-hand side you should see an option to send security question reset info to your rescue email address.
If you don't have a rescue email address (you won't be able to add one until you can answer 2 of your questions) then you won't get the reset option - you will need to contact iTunes Support or Apple to get the questions reset.
e.g. you can try contacting iTunes Support : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page, then Account Management , and then 'Forgotten Apple ID security questions'

We are fellow users here on these user-to-user forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple - I've asked the hosts to remove your email addresses from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum).
The reset link will only show if you have a rescue email address on your account - an alternate email address is a different address/setting on an account, and it's not used for resetting security questions.
If you aren't getting the reset link then you don't have a rescue email address, and you won't be able to add one until you can answer your questions - you will have to contact Support in your country to get the questions reset.

The weird thing is that I never changed the questions/answers to my security questions, so I need these reset immediately to make sure that someone else does not steal my info, account, etc. Someone please help, it would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!

I received the same message, I got in and the security questions that are there had nothing to do to what I whould put as security questions, I received the email on May 1st. Any clues? Is this a problem with Apple ID system, auto asigning this to accounts that where opened many years ago?
