I cannot use the chat feature in my Yahoo mail account

I cannot use the chat feature in my Yahoo account using Firefox browser, yet I CAN use this feature when going through Internet Explorer. Why? I have uninstalled Firefox and reinstalled it. I have about a million copies of the flash player now installed...still, I'm frustrated by not being able to use the chat feature in my yahoo mail. please help!

On your iPhone, go the settings app. Then select Mail, Contacts, Calendars on the left column. On the right column under Accounts select your Yahoo mail account. A popup with show up and then you have to turn the the Notes switch to the off position.

While ios 6 is compatable with the iPhone 4, many of its features are not available for the 4. The features need the 4s or 5. See here:

When using the right mouse button in Yahoo mail inbox (Firefox 8.0.1, Win 7, Yahoo Mail Plus) the Firefox navigation window (Back, Forward etc...) is on top of the Yahoo email menu (Open, Print, Reply etc...). This happens in Firefox safe mode as well.

This also happened in Windows XP which I was using until recently.
The Yahoo mail menu is there but the Firefox menu is on top of it. I tried Firefox safe mode with everything disabled and the problem still happened. I tried Yahoo mail in IE 9 and the right mouse button works correctly.

Try disabling graphics hardware acceleration. Since this feature was added to Firefox, it has gradually improved, but there still are a few glitches.
You might need to restart Firefox in order for this to take effect, so save all work first (e.g., mail you are composing, online documents you're editing, etc.).
Then perform these steps:
*Click the orange Firefox button at the top left, then select the "Options" button, or, if there is no Firefox button at the top, go to Tools > Options.
*In the Firefox options window click the ''Advanced'' tab, then select "General".
*In the settings list, you should find the ''Use hardware acceleration when available'' checkbox. Uncheck this checkbox.
*Now, restart Firefox and see if the problems persist.
Additionally, please check for updates for your graphics driver by following the steps mentioned in the following Knowledge base articles:

Cannot use the Tether Feature w/ Nikon D700 in Windows 7 Pro 64?

Just upgraded Lightroom from 2.7 to 3.0, then to 3.3. Am using a Nikon D700 with Windows 7 Pro 64bit.
Windows does see the camera, Lightroom does not see the camera. This same camera and USB cable do work fine on my MacbookPro snow leopard. i have searched the net but have not discovered a fix for this problem.

Found the answer to this problem. The CF card in the D700 must have no images on it. I had three images on the card, and, after I deleted these, Lightroom sees and fires the D700.

I cannot use the call feature with my contacts i always have to input each number manually anyone have a resolution

hi there guys i have an iphone and have an issue i hope someone can help me with.
If someone calls me and i store their number in contacts,when i go into the contact and press dial it comes back the number cannot be recognised,but if i dial the exact same number then i have no problems.
I have switched off my siri incase this is an issue but it still causes me problems.
Bit of a downer having to manually dial each number.

You don't need a phone port on the iMac. The HP 7300 DeskJet Pro has an internal modem, you connect the printer's modem connection directly to your phone line. Please re-read the install directions that came with the printer.

On my mail box I keep getting the error message to put in my password for my Yahoo mail account. I put the correct password in the error message come up again.

I cannot "save" my newly reduced size video after using the "TRIM" feature...I get "The Operation could not be completed". Why?

I would start with my original AVI file, then hit duplicate to get a duplicate file to work on....I then would use the "TRIM" feature to shorten the video. Then when I hit "close", and it prompted me to name the newly reduced file, and saved it appropriately.So I did this procedure with two of my AVI format videos and it worked flawlessly.
But I have tried to do this same procedure with a half a dozen more AVI videos and it will not allow me to name the modified file after I have "trimmed it" and save it...when I enter the name for the modified file and hit "close", I get the message "The operation could not be completed". Why isn't it allowing me to save the files??

Are you working on a background layer? If so, Ctrl + T will not work. Press Alt and double-click your background layer to convert to a normal layer (or right-click BG layer and select Layer from Background) and try again.
If you're working in Photoshop CC 2014 you can go to Preferences > Experimental Features and tick "Scale UI 200% for high-density displays" to make your buttons and icons larger.

Bought elements 10 last month and can't use the edit feature.

So I got elements 10 with a Wacom Bamboo Capture around April 23rd last month. I created a new adobe id and signed in. It asked me to update my account and add my birthday, personal URL for photoshop, and agree to the terms. Just don't use the welcome screen. If you use Windows, go into the program files or program files(x86) for 64-bit systems, find the actual .exe/application file for the editor, right click it and make a desktop shortcut and use that instead of the welcome screen to launch the editor. For macs, it's in applications>adobe photoshop elements 10>support files.
