I cant do any purchase on my game while ive done a few purchases in the past. The game just keeps responding that purchases cant be completed. No prob with the restrictions.
And the other prob is i cant open my purchases history on itunes store.. Need help asap. Thankz for you guys concern

Thanks, Bob! You are correct. And, we learned this as we spoke with APPLE TECH SUPPORT by phone on Christmas day (800-APL-CARE). One of their reps spent the time to help us troubleshoot this, but the boiled down conclusion is your answer, and to repeat for the benefit of others, here is what worked:
1. With our Belkin router set to "out-of-the-box" WEP 64 bit security, we could not get wireless access of any kind. Only with the Security Mode set to DISABLED, could we gain access.
2. Changing the router's security mode setting to "WPA/WPA-2...." and entering a new min. 8 char passphrase, and then entering that same passphrase into the IPOD Touch, and restarting the router, did the trick!
Based on this, and some info found in another posting, I can only conclude that the IPODs and IPHONES do not support WEP security mode in many generic routers used by thousands of consumers. Hopefully, those same consumers can figure out how to change their wireless router setttings to WPA/WPA-2 security mode and ALSO get all their other wireless devices (PCs, laptops, WII boxes, ROKU boxes) all reconfigured to WPA mode, too.
I THINK THE BOTTOM LINE HERE IS THAT THERE IS AN ISSUE THAT APPLE NEEDS TO ADDRESS WITH WEP COMPATIBILITY and it may also be the case that MOST CONSUMERS ARE USING WEP 64 BIT security on their home wireless routers?
In any case, it's working now, so anyone who is having problems should try changing to WPA mode and post back here if it worked for them! -
My IPAD keeps restarting a few minutes after booting up. It keeps doing it again and again, after the same period of time. Grateful for any help!
If the above doesn't work, force iPad into Recovery Mode.
1. Turn off iPad
2. Turn on computer and launch iTunes (make sure you have the latest version of iTune)
3. Plug USB cable into computer's USB port
4. Hold Home button down and plug the other end of cable into docking port.
DO NOT RELEASE BUTTON until you see picture of iTunes and plug
5. Release Home button.
ON COMPUTER
6. iTunes has detected iPad in recovery mode. You must restore this iPad before it can be used with iTunes.
7. Select "Restore iPad"...
Note:
1. Data will be lost if you do not have backup
2. You must follow step 1 to step 4 VERY CLOSELY. -
The AOL address I was using for my iTunes account has been deleted due to me not signing in for awhile and I'm afraid that I will lose all of my purchases made from my iphone when I sync it into iTunes for a much needed update and so that I can (hopefully) transfer its data to my new iPhone 4...
The only time I have synced my current iPhone was when I activated it but since then I have not been able to sync with my computer and now have a new one.
Sorry about the garbled way this is written but I desperately need help:
1, Is there a way of shifting purchases from one account to another with the same billing information?
Or
2, is there a way of recovering my old account and changing the details?

ThomYou don't need to access your e-mail account, just get into your Apple account and change the e-mail address. If you can't access your Apple account, then you have a bigger issue to contend with.

Hi, I HATE to ask for help with this, but I HAVE looked everywhere and Google searched different wordings and have not found anything similar nor a solution to my problem! My good old iPod 4th-gen charges just fine in any wall outlet, in any house, but when I connect it to my brand new ASUS laptop that has Windows-8 and 3.0 USB ports using the charging/data cable, the charging process just keeps "blinking" BOTH the iPod and the laptop and it will not connect to ITunes and I get "A Device is Detected" message that keeps popping up and going away over and over right above the Windows desktop toolbar. When I go to control panel and select "Devices" it does show the iPod, but for only a split second and than it disappears, but than it comes back again for a split second and than it disappears again and just keeps doing that over and over and over! I have tried resetting the iPod while it is plugged into the laptop by holding the power and menu buttons, that did no good. I also tried uninstalling iTunes and any other Apple stuff listed and reinstalling it all, that did NOT work! The iPod, the laptop and iTunes ARE all fully updated! I AM using a brand new charging/data cable that I just opened up an hour ago (I've learned to keep a few brand new ones around at all times since these piece of garbage rip-off cables hardly last a week, even when you baby them!). I also tried a few old cables, they all do the same thing! I would like to get this piece of junk to connect to my new laptop, even if only once, so that I can change/delete some songs and transfer a few dozen photos,since I haven't been able to do any of that stuff since my old laptop (that NEVER had any problems connecting) died way back in May! lol. I hope somebody knows a fix or solution! Thank You!

Any website I try to visit using Firefox won't load, it just keeps saying that it is unable to connect. I tried other web browsers, and they work no problem. I tried following the proxy steps provided, but did not help.
Did you check your security software (firewall)?
A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox without informing you about that, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox.

I have subscribed to the cloud package including Ps and Lr after previously downloading the Ps CC trial.
Cannot open up a newly downloaded Ps, just keeps saying that my trial has expired.

You can license the trial version software with your Adobe ID and activate the software.

If you don't have a rescue email address set, then you're SoL.
If you do, then reset your info and check in there.
If not, you'll have to contact iTS, and wait for God knows how long for Apple to complete its pending investigation in this SNAFU.

I cant perform an in app purchase, I fixed the restrictions and reloded the game but still I get the message to contact itunes suport and canot conet to itunes, I have wifi and it is working fine, the game is clash of clans.

You might try going to game from Zynga website first, then connect to Facebook from there (backwards so to speak). I had a similar problem awhile back and believe that worked. I am assuming you are using same browser as you had been: changing browsers at update times can also cause problems but I recollect when I made that mistake, game just failed to load, sans any error message. Some of the Zynga games, like FarmVille, have had so many changes lately that any little thing throws them off. Oh - make sure the new version of Flashplayer is being allowed in (has permission) and that you DID delete the prior version and are, indeed, using the correct version (you can check at http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/). I am on a Mac so run into lots of problems with the complex Zynga games as they utilize Java and need the Adoble Flashplayer, but Java and Adobe don't play well together. Oh, and if you get a partial load and hang, just keep reloading as each time it should load more and more until eventually you will have your entire game back. Hope this helps you - and make notes of any changes you might make in settings so you can easily reverse should it be necessary. FYI: The Zynga chat on-line help support people are quite helpful, too, and will usually give you free things for your game for your trouble - always nice.
