Just got an e mail to say that my Apple ID was just used to download photoshop touch for phone for 2.99 from the App Store with a receipt number. Is this a scam for me to give my Apple ID?

Greetings, I have an iPod Touch, that I recently tried to access the apps store. I can't enter my password, due to not being able to switch the keyboard to lower case letters. I tapped on the arrow up button, and it makes a click sound, but the letters do not change. Am I doing something wrong?

What iOS is curently on your iPod (Setting>Genral>About>Version) you need as lest 2.0 for apps but most apps need 3.0 or later. -
I recently got my daughter an iCess RC helicopter. It works via bluetooth and can be used with Apple and Android devices. She has a ipod touch, but when trying to do a search for "iCess" in the app store, nothing comes up. It shows up on my PC in the itunes store, but how do I get it on the ipod touch or its apps store?
Also having the same problem when trying to locate the app with my iPad and its app store. I got it installed on one of my android devices via the Google Play store so I know its there & works. I have already tried turning the power off and back on, holding the home and power button for ten seconds and shutting it off that way, and disconnecting from the wifi. None if those fixed the problem. However, resetting all of the settings did actually fix this issue, but then when I turn the ipod off and on again the issue is back. I don't want to have to keep resetting the settings on a daily basis, so what else can I do to fix this bug? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

i just updated my iPhone to the new operating system. It will not maintain connection to MY wifi. In addition, the applications that I had installed are no longer on the screens. I can only access them via the app store... and there I can "open" them,
Tried that as well. The problem isn't that the apps aren't downloading, it's that the app icon is stuck on Waiting. I can actually open and use the apps from the App Store, but not from the home screen.
I'm adding photos to try help explain, though I'm not they'll show up well on since I'm on mobile.

BUt if I search the App Store for one (like Buzzfeed)
IT it shows it being installed, and I can even open the app an use it. I would try to reinstall but I cant remove the apps. -
