I cant print from my IPhone 4 now that I updated to cable Internet Arris router. I was using a lynksys and had no problem previously with AirPrint and my HP D110 printer. Please help!
How can I get my phone to print again? I recently changed to Comcast Internet from AT&T. Now my HP d110 is not recognized. AirPrint can no longer recognize my printer.

Some Arris routers do not support Multicast, or Bonjour, the service that AirPrint uses. Verify both devices are still attached to your wireless network and Bluetooth is off on your iPhone. You may also want to power your printer and router off, then power the router on fully, then the printer.
If you need any assistance with the above steps or verify that the router does or does not support the necessary service, please advise.

Please help.This means that you have downloadd the file from the internet, and the file did not download completely so the computer can't play it. To fix this, just re-download the file and make sure it finishes.

Once a device or computer is associated with your Apple ID, you cannot associate that device or computer with another Apple ID for 90 days.
Note: Removing a device from your Apple ID does not override the 90-day timer. You must wait 90 days from the day the device was first associated with your Apple ID before it can be associated with another Apple ID.

You don't want to do any kind of backup or sync on a different computer than the one where your iTunes library is stored. If you do, you will lose everything on your phone.....and then will have to restore it on the original computer.....

First, you tried different labels? I take this to mean you tried different media? Verbatim, Maxell to name just a few might be good.
Second... try repairing disk permissions.
Quit any open applications/programs. Launch Disk Utility. (Applications/Utilities) Select MacintoshHD in the panel on the left, select the FirstAid tab. Click: Repair Disk Permissions. When it's finished from the Menu Bar, Quit Disk Utility and restart your Mac. If you see a long list of "messages" in the permissions window, it's ok. That can be ignored. As long as you see, "Permissions Repair Complete" when it's finished... you're done. Quit Disk Utility and restart your Mac.
Next, please click My Settings on the right side of this window and tell us which Mac you have. The more details you provide, the easier to help you. Your profile indicates you are running 10.5 but you posted in the Tiger forum 10.4.. please update your profile.

My brother gave me his macbook pro and I'm having trouble getting past the start up page that asks for my my name and password. I have an apple id and password but these don't work nor does me typing my actual name and the same password. I've rung apple twice and the first person said I had to reset my uusername account and told me I could do so by visiting the support part of the apple website using the link he gave me. The information tells me how to do this but I have to have the computer up and running to reset/change the account username and password. So no joy. Second time I spoke with a lady who told me the name and password should be the same as the one my brother used when he had the computer but having entered the name and password he gave me it still doesn't work. I've tried all the different name types of my name e.g. full name, no spaces, capitals and no capitals etc but every time I click on the right pointing arrow thing or press the enter button the password does a quiver/shake thing and nothing happens. My bro says he has a relatively new lion operating system. I haven't a clue what to do as I'm new to using apple computers and I've spent ages looking through the support section with no success in finding the solution. Any help/advise would be much appreciated. Ta
Resetting User Password in Lion and Mountain Lion
Boot into your Recovery Partition by holding down the Command and R keys whilst booting.
When the Recovery screen appears, go to the Utilities menu and open Terminal.
In Terminal, type:
resetpassword
...a small app will open and allow you to choose the user for whom you want to change the password. If you are the admin, be certain that you choose your admin user. Type in your new password twice and give yourself a good hint. Click OK (or Done or whatever) and reboot, enjoying the use of your new, hopefully memorable, password.

The friend who sold it to you needed to clear his Apple ID off the phone before he sold it to you. Of course if it wasn't his phone in the first place then he could not do so. He is your friend but you don't know where he is?
There is nothing that will help you short of getting the password for the Apple ID from your friend. If you cannot obtain that there is no workaround. -
I backed up my Iphone to itunes so i can do the new Update to IOs 7 and so now that i updated it i want to backup and restore and its not working, Please help!
An iPhone backup to a computer via iTunes stores the photos in a backup file that is only meant to be be used if needed to restore back to the phone. There is 3rd party "extractor" software available but otherwise the photos are not directly viewable.
The backup via iTunes was a good idea and your Camera Roll photos should be there and should be able to be restored to your new phone. However if it was me I wouldn't rely on that alone. I would also import the photos to a computer where you can see and verify that you have a copy. That is a good idea at any time (not just when you know you might need it). Any phone can be lost, broken, suffer hardware issues, etc at any time and lose all data on it. Instead of removing the music from the cloud or the iTunes library why not shuffle your music using a Smart Playlist which excludes the holiday music, or tracks that are not checked. For example, use this very simple Smart Playlist:

If you are unable to get the iPod into Disk Mode to try and restore it, it's a very good indication, as mentioned in the article, that the iPod's hard drive is damaged and in need of replacement either by Apple or a third party repair company.
