I desperately need help....i beg you!

Question

Hi all! this is my first post in this forum. i have to write a program about "Pascal Triangle". this is how it should look like:
a program that prints portions of Pascal Triangle.it should ask user to enter number which is going to be the "number of Rows in Trinagle.For example if the user enters 3 the out put should be like:

-----1 1
---1 2 1
--1 3 3 1
the numbers can be calculated using the formula:
(n!) / r! (n-r)!
i hope you understand what i wrote! there are couple of small things which you must remember and they are:
1)the numbers can not be "int" because for example 20! has more than 17 digits.
2) user can not enter numbers bigger than 20 so we have max 20!
now here is my program, it doesn't work, i know. i 'm so pissed off because i worked nearly a week on this program. i'm not that good with programing, i am a retard but i need to get it done by Tomorrow!!
Please, i beg you if you can help me with this program, correct it and post your answers here....Please...please

Now for the combination method WHERE I have Problem:
i have to use a method and that should come before the Class method but it wont work. i used something like this:

the error message is in the "retval line", it doesn't understand my method at all! it won't compile it.
