I have to debug code and i found this :

tell me if i'm wrong but the else statement is never reach...
Or i missed something ?
FDFMan.saveFDF(f); Return a String always null (return null;).

logically always runs the 'if', and not the 'else'
when you want the 'else' to run, you need to use a boolean which is true when the 'if' needs to be run, and false when the 'else' needs to be run.

Hi
If there is any other parallel ledger active, you need to transfer the balance of that also in addition to ledger 00.
Then you will be able to see the balance of vendor/customers in addition to recon account balances

Go to transaction FBL1N and leave the vendor number blank, run the balances for all the vendor line items.
You need to restrict the balances to the reconciliation account in the selection parameters.
This will show you all the balances in your Trade accounts payables in your balance sheet account.
Usually there might be several reconciliation account created in the balance sheet for different vendor categories, i.e. inter co vendor, trade vendors, employee expenses, subcontractors etc.
Please choose which account you want to reconcile to the vendor balances. Usually companies choose default A/P Rec account as 200000 and will proceed to build up rec accounts in this series. Review your reconciliation accounts in the vendor master and use this information in the FBL1N transaction. Hope this helps.

App-V packages won't run until they are fully download - App-V 5.0 SP2

Hey guys
we're using App-V 5.0 in our Pooled VDI environment
we waited for HF4 for a long time to be able to upgrade from SP1 to SP2
now we have a new Base Image with that client and with %APPDATA% folder redirection (unlike the Base Image with SP1 client that the %APPDATA% is local
we're facing a weird issue that I couldn't find any solution for it
When user logs on to the SP2 HF4 image, it takes FOREVER until we see App-V package shortcuts and can start using them (Some of the packages are a few GBs).
Finally when the packages fully arrive I see on the App-V Client UI that the package is ready for offline use! though we never check the
Force application(s) to be fully downloaded before launching (recommended for low/WAN networks) during the streaming phase while sequencing
when I go to the Event viewer I see thousands of these:
it's like there's an event for each file in each package
The same user with the same permission logs on to an image with SP1 client and he can start use App-V packages immidiately.
even if we load the packages manually it doesn't take so much time like it does on the logon refresh
nothing has changed in our client configuration settings between the versions
any suggestions?

thank you for your reply. I know this is not an error. it's just there's event for every file of every unsynced package and it can take an hour until the sync completes.
* my environment is non-persistant VDI
* We do have some Applications on the master image so it includes C:\ProgramData\App-V
* This is a tricky one. I use standard folder redirection on my %APPDATA% folder, so... you tell me. I use citrix UPM for roaming. from my understanding it is useless to exclude the catalog folder from there as %APPDATA% is not managed via UPM. tried
to find what is the best practice in this case and couldn't find a documentation about running a logoff script that will delete this folder.
we don't update our master image very often so there are some applications that are synced only when the users logon (BTW, we also use Share Content Mode)
but my complain is about the fact that Office 2013 for example, it can take 20 minutes to sequence, which in fact it doesn't need to download the package as we use Shared Content Mode so I don't uderstand why it is taking so long

1. The SLD server is running.

Strange response time for an RFC call viewed from STAD on R/3 4.7

Hello,
On our R/3 4.7 production system, we have a lot of external RFC calls to execute an abap module function. There are 70 000 of these calls per day.
The mean response time for this RFC call is 35 ms.
Some times a few of them (maybe 10 to 20 per day) are way much longer.
I am currently analysing with STAD one of these long calls which lasted 10 seconds !
Here is the info from STAD

There is nearly no abap processing in the function module.
I really don't uderstand what is this 10 679 ms processing time especially with 0 ms cpu time and 0 ms wait time.
A usual fast RFC call gives this data

14 ms processing time
1 ms load time
8 ms Database request time
Does anybody have an idea of what is the system doing during the 10 seconds processing time ?

I will have to investigate on RZ23N and RZ21 because I'm not used to use them.
I'm used to investigate performance problems with ST03 and STAD.
My system is R/3 4.7 WAS 6.20. ABAP and BASIS 43
Kernel 6.40 patch level 109
We know these are old patch levels but we are not allowed to stop this system for upgrade "if it's not broken" as it is used 7/7 24/24.
I'm nearlly sure that the problem is not an RFC issue because I've found other slow dialog steps for web service calls and even for a SAPSYS technical dialog step of type <no buffer>. (what is this ?)
This SAPSYS dialog step has the following data :

Itunes won't use my store credit, it prompts me for my credit card

I was given a gift card for Christmas that I applied to my account. I made a purchase a recently as Feb 11 with it. At the top of the screen it tells me I have a $6.06 store credit left yet everytime I try to download a song it takes me to the credit card page. I even updated to version 10.1.2 of iTunes hoping this would resolve the issue but it did not.

I'm also having this problem, as well as another. This week I ordered two songs. The cost was removed from my store credit, and was charged to my credit card. I removed my card information, and tried to order another song. I was immediately taken to the credit card entry screen. I don't uderstand why it won't just charge the store credit. I don't want to continue to get double billed for things, and I will not put my card information back in....

JSP and servlet is web programming, may be little bit different to development local application.
1st, you should have two computers: one is server and the other is local workstation. This server should have a static IP address, that other people can go into your server. Workstation is any computer normal you use it.
2nd, you need to setup your server in: OS(linux or windows 2000), web server (jrun, apach or Tomcat etc. ), as well as install JDK, servlet.
3rd, your local workstation just use as programming editor and open a browser to testing, anytime you write your code, then ftp to server to test.
Reality, you have many technical thing to solve, eg setup web server etc. However, you can write your source code and test it, then open to outside people.

First of all, i love the Apple product, except the fact that near 30% of the price that i give, goes into already millionaire guy's pockets, to help them to be more millionaire... But it's the actual world...
So I have my iPod since a long time, i need to change my battery, and i honestly will do it myself, the fact that a numerous Apple devices are fix closed, is strange, maybe is for making the device surface more clean, more design, maybe is to sell me the "battery care replacement plan" for 80€... for a battery that i can buy for 12€.
I've buy my device, and therefore i consider to be the legal owner. So i have the right to do what i want with it.
I have an iTunes account, i can say that i've buy a lot of Apps. I've always used the official Kernel, official iOS. But now, my iPod refuse to update itself to v4.3... so it's impossible to buy others Apps that require this version. Apple doesn't notify me, concerning this compatibility issue before updating iOS.
For conclude, my iPod ( that i've buy near 400€ in the past ) is slowly becoming useless. It's the modern marketing policy "sell disposable devices, to sell more disposable devices", but this is now my device, and i refuse to dispose of it.
So i decide to hack my iPod, to give him a second life, thinking that with a custom os, i could install thos 4.3 apps... impossible to install anything now... except custom modified and near illegal software.
So i decide to write here to claim my dissatisfaction. And requesting, a patch or a solution to unlock my device, it's sad to say that, but it's Apple itself that force me to install a hacked iOs version. And given the fact that Apple don't notify me to tell that my device will be useless in X years, or X weeks.

( First of all, sorry, i'm french, and sometimes, i don't uderstand what you mean :/ )
I already have installed Withed00r, but i don't think that it's a legal thing... ( I don't have time to read the Apple store rules... ). And yes i'm talking about an app, that is on the official App store, i konw that if i buyed this app just before 4.3, at present, i would have it in my app collection, so Apple and the app author loose money.
But if Apple stop to support my device, Why they don't give me the posibility ( a patch ) to unlock it, allow it to be updated with original iOs 4.3, i surelly will not complain about an app that doesn't run on my unsupported iPod. A sort of " use at your own risk" unlocker, if you buy and install an app that couldn't run on my device, it's entirely my responsability ( so i accept the risk of loosing my money... with uncompatible apps ). I think too that Apple devices are the best ones ( except the quality/price ratio ), but now i'm not satisfied with the support policy, my phone is 10 y.o and i could call with it. My T.V is a cathodic one, and i can watch programs on it. But my ipod is only 4 y.o and it's over, and i could only install cracked things...
I think that here, Apple made a mistake somewhere, i know that big electronic devices company, don't like to full open the devices, bit it's proved that it make the product very popular ( PS3 and Linux... ). There is team that make custom OS ( whited00r.. ), it seems that Apple authorize it ( or maybe not, i'm not aware of all this underground stuff, maybe they are law breaker, don't know ), it's sad that it's not Apple itself that handle old devices, developping a light iOS for old devices, with support restrictions.
My device warranty is over, i couldn't upgrade to new iOs, and i refuse to drop it. Or if Apple suggest me to exchange my device with a new one... i will think about it

I have two tables. employee and manager tables.
employee columns: emp_key, emp_name,parent_emp_id , level_no
manager columns: man_key,man_name,man_id
I should check the manager key equals emp key . if found i shud check whether emp key has parent emp key, if found i shud take emp name of that row and update in manager name in manager table.
I tried co related sub query but it works only in select statement but not update. can any one help me on this .Also can any one tell me whether we can use CONNECT BY PRIOR statement. any one tell me whether we can use CONNECT BY PRIOR statement.

Sorry, I still don't uderstand the problem well enough to help.
The INSERT statements look okay now. What did you do to make them appear? (It would be good to know, when other people have the same problem.)
Can you do something similar to make the CREATE TABLE statements appear?
You have 4 rows in one table and 1 row in another table. You want to write an UPDATE statement (or something) that changes them. Is that right?
What should be in the changed tble after that UPDATE statement? Use a text editor to show what "SELECT * FROM ..." should produce. Post it on this site, but type these 6 characters:
\(small letters only, inside curly brackets) before and after each the section of formatted text, to preserve spacing.
MERGE is often eaiser than UPDATE, especially if the UPDATE statement would need a complicated WHERE clause.
It might help to see the UPDATE statement you tried, even though it doesn't work.

but my intention is not to have the max cost, my intention is to query in this order
first i need to select distinct m_product_id then
for every m_product_id i need to

For m_product_id=1531, for example, why do you want

I think what you'll want is a Top-N Query , something like this:

Business Package for Employee Self-Service 4.6C - 4.7 - F4 key doesn't work

Hello All,
We have installed Business Package for Employee Self-Service 4.6C - 4.7 in our Portal version EP 6.0 SPS09 .We r accessing ESS into portal through ITS .I hav not installed any support packages for this Business Package.Our backend is R/3 system.We are a problem in accessing ESS iviews in Portal like F4 key doesnot work and no F4 help pop up appears.Are there any support packages also available for a Business Package.If yes where to find it and how to install it,can someone tell me wt might be the cause of this Error? and how to resolve it? I don't uderstand why u use MYSAP ERP ESS support package since u using SAP R3 4.7 as backend.
I think it's diffrent from SAP R3 4.7 ESS coz it's used webdynpro
so download the Business Package for Employee Self-Service 4.6C - 4.7 50.4 version

Uploading photos not work - Facebook app, communit...

Hallo I have Nokia 5230, and since one moon i try to upload upload photos throught my phone, but there is no way to do this. I am programmer, but i don't uderstand this. 1; installed app Facebook from factory (Home screen), crash on login? (what is this no one test it???), ok I download new version, runs OK but with upload photo crash on "User gallery ID.. bla bla" error??, ok in forum i found "THIS IS THIRD PARTY APP", please install communities -- ??? OK, but why is pre-instaled on HOME SCREEN. STEP 2; I install communities (orig NOKIA for OVI) -- programm run good, but with upload photo "Request broker On request.. blabla" again crash. GOOD. 3; Facebook upload plugin (OVI store original), during activation hangs on blank Facebook screen and nothing happend. ENOUGHT NOKIA. DO I SONETHING WRONG???????????????? sorry for my English I'm czech and ANGRY.

OS 9 and OS 9.04 both have a bug that doesn't delete temp files the way they should. Both OS 9.1 and Photoshop 6 address the issue. Photoshop works around the bug and OS 9.1 corrects it entirely.
The OS 9.1 upgrade is free from Apple. if you are running either 9.0 or 9.04 I would recommend the upgrade if you can't afford the upgrade to Phtooshop 6.0.1.
I don't uderstand why you have 2 drives designated as scratch disks. Generally the startup volume is your hard drive. Is this not the case on your system? Do you have an external drive or 2 drives in the machine? Or perhaps your drive is partitioned? If you do not have any of these go back to the scratch disk preferences and simply set the first pref to startup, and leave the others alone. That may be your problem.

Connectivity between BI 7.0 & Thirty party source Data Stage (ETL)

In 3.x, by specifying Info source in the third party Source system (Data Stage - ETL), we are extracting data to BW system. Now my server is upgraded to BI 7.0. Already existing (i.e. created in 3.x) applications are running fine in BI 7.0.
Without Info source how to connect BI 7.0 & Data Stage. What is the procedure.

I appreciate for your suggestions, I am doing exactly the same as u stated.
I have ALEREMOTE in the ECC 6.0 and RFCUSER in SAP BI. For both I have kept password 'INITIAL'.
I am giving following parameters.
Target Computer (S server) --> Here I am providing IP Address
System ID(system name) --> 'D00
System Number                --> 00
Background user Source System --> ALEREMOTE
Password for Source System user --> INITIAL
Repeat password                             --> INITIAL
Background user in BW                RFCUSER
Password for BW user                  INITIAL
Repeat password                          INITIAL
and then click on 'Right' symbol and system is poped up with the small window with message
'user alaready exists in SS only continue if profile and password r correct'
Here, I am selecting the button 'Continue' and then
after system again poped up with the window and message
' RFC Destination already exists in SS, Do u want to use same Destination....' and three buttons to select 'Use', 'Check', and 'Cancel'.
Here, I am choosing 'Use'.
After this the system is giving the Error message "RFC User Logon failed, check the connection - BI 7.0", and the screen is of
RFC Destination maintenance. This RFC Destination is of SAP BW but in the right left corner of the the message line, system is ECC.
so, I don't uderstand what is the reason for this error.
Can u suggest me in SM59, RFC Destination (SAP BW) maintenance, on 'login/security' tab for 'Logon' information which USER ID and password I should enter? Currently, I have kept RFCUSER.
