Under the download or application file I only have the Assistant program

Isabellasf have you ran the installation files which were downloaded? By default they are downloaded to the download folder within your User folder.

Can you please put me in touch with the support for the trial copy of adobe acrobat XI pro which I had tried out on March 15 for 30 days. I have been trying to cancel since the cost is too much and Acrobat Reader is OK for me. I can't find uninstaller.
I have had to erase my disk since then with trouble with Apple Store not recognising my machine and the reload from Time Machine has given complications . Can you please cancel my trial and return my Trial money.If you paid for what you used then it was not a trial.

Adobe Acrobat XI Pro - cannot sign-in
I've downloaded Adobe Acrobat XI Pro and cannot sign in. Get an error message that cannot access Internet. Not the case, I'm connected. Checked FAQ, all certificates are there, enabled, not problem with firewall. What next?
On the command prompt type : ping activate.adobe.com
and check the ping results.
If the test fails, configure proxy settings for Internet access in Network System Preferences. Or, try activating without the proxy. (An authenticating proxy can also prevent the activation process.) If you need assistance, contact your Internet Service Provider or IT Administrator. -
I took a word document I had created and added fields to it in Adobe Acrobat XI Pro. I then imported the PDF in Forms Central and now I am stuck. All I am able to do with it in FormsCentral is add a submit button. It will not allow me to edit the document in FormsCentral. What I ultimately need to do is get this converted to a web form so that I can embed it into our company website. Additionally, once it's converted, I need to add an option for the user to attach their resume with the file before submitting. I have looked all over the web and I cannot find an answer as to whether or not I can convert PDFs to web forms in FormsCentral. This will ultimately determine whether or not the company decides to purchase these programs after the trial version has ended in a few days.
I tried that first, but FormsCentral does not have the capability to create tables. The form I need to create is more advanced than what FormsCentral allows. Do you know if there is a way to create or somehow import a table when creating a web based form on FormsCentral?

Acrobat X Pro has a flawed serial number application form at the point where it asks for your State, the first time. I will not allow me
to complete the form and receive my Serial Number.@I purchased it from my University bookstore and the attending clerk was no better informed than was I.
The form is required to be infilled in order to receive the serial number necessary for installation of the software
After five hours of trying, I was able to overcome the flaw in the form, as it appeared on the Acrobat website, and
complete the two pull-down menus indicating the State in which I live.
I called Adobe Customer Care for assistance and had to wait two hours for a return call, and by the time the
call came though I had found that the website form allowed me to pull-down for the State of location.
Adobe is an uncaring vendor, once it has your money in hand. -

I am trying to edit the content of a document that I scanned into a PDF in Adobe Acrobat 9. How do I delete and retype the text?? Please help.You would first have to perform OCR on on the scanned pages. Personally, I think if you really want to edit scanned pages, you are better off using a dedicated OCR program rather than Acrobat.

I coach youth soccer and use a PDF template to save my sessions in. Today I got this message when trying to open one of my sessions.
Adobe Reader could not open 'NSCAAInteractiveSessionPlan.pdf' because it is either not a supported file type or because the file has been damaged (for example, it was sent as an email attachment and wasn't correctly decoded).
How can I fix this? I have not done anything I don't normally do.What is your operating system? Reader version?

the macbook will not boot to the boot disc, or into startup disk control menu. is there anything else possible that we can do? we are slightly experiencvecd when it comes to these types of repairs. but this is baffling us.
We have tried this and it still goes to the white screen. One time when we were trying to boot from the disc (by holding "c" directly after the boot sound) we got a folder icon with a question mark in it. But it will not boot from the boot disk or go to the boot menu when you hold the option key upon boot.
