I downloaded an audiobook but it didn't let me finish downloading it and it has taken my money but every time I try to download the audiobook, it says the item is unavailable now.

Audiobooks are currently a one-time only download and don't appear in the Purchased link for re-downloading, so you will need to try the 'report a problem' link from your purchase history to contact support : log into your account on your computer's iTunes via Store > View My Account and you should then see a Purchase History section with a 'see all' link to the right of it ; click on that and you should see a list of your purchases ; find that audiobook and use the 'Report a Problem' link and fill in details about the problem (iTunes support should reply within, I think, 24 to 48 hours).
Some people have had a problem with the 'report a problem' link (it's been taking people to this site on a browser instead of showing a form in iTunes) - if it does that to you then try contacting iTunes support via this page : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/- click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page.

Starting at the end:
- When the movie or tv show does transfer onto your iphone/ipod touch you will be able to see it in the expanded view of your device in the "DEVICES" section.
- If the files are not on your device, then:
-- confirm you have SD or HD-SD video. HD-only content will not play and probably will not even sync. iTunes seems to reliably have SD versions with their HD distributions so this should not be an issue
-- confirm you are synch-ing the content to the ipod device by browsing the DEVICE view's Movie or TV Show tabs to confirm the movie or episode is 'checked'
- If the files are on the iPod and you cannot find them, check your Settings: General for Restrictions. If you restrict, for example the movies to "G" rating. PG and higher movies will sync but you will not be able to find them on the iPod!

You're right, it would have been covered under warranty. But because of the user damage, chances are there's a 200-something dollar fee . If you explain to them that it had a defect previously, they might replace it for you at no charge. **MIGHT**. But they would have to believe that it had a defect previously.

I am very much opposed to piracy. The development of software is expensive and time-consuming and the people who write and own software are entitled to fair compensation.
Generally, if a copyright holder brings action against a party they usually have to show that they have been harmed financially.
In Apple's case they are still receiving revenue from iDVD sold on disk, so they would have a financial loss.
Most people think that there are only two categories of intellectual property. 1) Valid and enforceable copyright. 2) Public Domain.   There is also the unofficial category of;   3) Valid copyright, but no one cares.
iDVD is in category 1.   But I can see how some might mistakenly think it is a category 3.
iDVD is a wonderful piece of software, well worth the low cost of $40 - $45.   I always recommend that people buy it from legitimate sources. It's easy to get.

Leave it in the rice for at least a day and change the rice every other day or so. The rice and iPod should be in a sealed container.
Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for $149. They do not fix yours.

What exactly dod you have and have you done?
What version of iPhoto did you have and what version do you now have? Of the OS? If you are upgrading from iphoto '08 or earlier did you download and RUN the iphoto library upgrader?

You will be prompted to sign in into Creative Cloud.
